It is doubly funny that Hank is the one that Hatred tries so hard to relate to. When Hatred cried out, "Hank hates me!!" I fully expected Rusty to point out that Hank is the one that actually remembers Hatred kidnapping and molesting them. Good point. Also, Hank at this point is trying to be as much like Brock as possible, which means he's mimicking the aggression that Brock showed to pretty much everyone. It's also another reason I want Trianna's friend to come back...it would give Hank sort of his own little "mini Molotov" to deal with. ;D That'd be sweet.

It's also another reason I want Trianna's friend to come back...it would give Hank sort of his own little "mini Molotov" to deal with. ;D I always laugh at those ComicCons where Doc Hammer would lay it on folks who keep asking if she's ever returning. "Admit it, you all want her back because she's hot." Well yeah Doc, yeah she was rather nice. Anyway, one thing that hasn't been mentioned in this thread is that I quite admire the many changes that Hammer/Publick have done to the VB setting. One, they kill one half of arguably the show's best (and funniest) pair. That's ridiculously ballsy, and to not retract it with nonsense. And force the nerd of that group to grow up. Or in his own way. I mean whoever thought he would be rewritten as a competent henchman? Two, they effectively (for now) wrote out another of the program's most beloved characters. in Brock We all took for granted his badassry ways of dismembering enemies. And we're keeping on our toes, waiting for Brock Samson to come back. Three, replacing Brock with Sgt. Hatred. To go from the Swedish Murder Machine to a pederest is....well, you don't get that usually on TV. Talk about possible alienating the crap out of your fanbase, along with #1. Four, Forced finally to move the title characters away from the same Johnny Quest/Hardy Boys designs and jokes. Well the awkward-compatable-with-reality gags are still there, but gone is that stupid blue bandana tied around the neck, and hey early facial hair. In short, I like that at the risk of their dedicated hardcore cult fanbase and the recent surge of ratings success, Hammer/Publick are surely trying to move the show along without stagnating on the same stuff again and again.

Tonight's episode is called "Self-Medication," and as we saw last week, Dr. Venture will be left alone to deal with The Monarch as Sgt. Hatred goes off his anti-pedophile meds in the middle of a theater filled with children.

Also, nice that they got Seth Green, Patton Oswalt, and Jon Hodgeman to do some voices. Nice to see some diversity in the voice acting.
