YES! I absolutely adore Ratchet and Clank. I am so shit at the first one, I cannot manage to get past the Blarg Nebula whilst my sister has finished the game twice. We also own the second one, which I've gotten much further on- but I'm just a massive fail at all PS2 games.
But it's one of those games you just love watching other people playing. Even my Nan enjoys watching us play it ;D
Apart from the first and second game, what other R&C games are on the PS2?

Even my Nan enjoys watching us play it ;D Apart from the first and second game, what other R&C games are on the PS2? Up Your Arsenal is considered by many to be the best PS2 R&C game. Size Matters and Secret Agent Clank are PSP games that have been ported to the PS2. There is also a title called Ratchet Deadlocked, which is kinda like Ratchet meets The Running Man.

It's such a bummer that the PS2 games don't work on the PS3 (have one of the old consoles with the backwards comp.) So laggy. Wish Insomniac would do a GoW Collection with the three R&C games.

It's such a bummer that the PS2 games don't work on the PS3 (have one of the old consoles with the backwards comp.) So laggy. Wish Insomniac would do a GoW Collection with the three R&C games. They seem to play fine on mine.

Oh...well then, there's your answer. I don't have access to download the patch. Why, I think you can get it off of Sony's site and install it from DVD/CD or USB if you're not connected to the net? Yeah you can save them to USB drives or memory cards if you have the card reader, or even to a PSP.
