That it's this close to Christmas.........
...and we haven't had a single Festivus thread yet!
So consider this the official thread for all things Festivus.
I know I'm looking forward to the Airing of Grievances. My sister and I have not exactly been cordial this year, to be kind about it.
What about the rest of ya? Gettin' into the holiday spirit this year?

I held a test of strength at my household earlier this week.

I'm not sure exactly what the rules are for Festivus. It's a great idea, but I wasn't that much into Seinfeld. It came from Seinfeld, didn't it?

Since I moved, I haven't had access to an aluminium pole - this year, however...

One of my favorite episodes too. Now, in order for me not to rain blows on all of you - stay away from the doll I intend on purchasing for my son.

Frank: Read that poem. George: (Complaining) I can't read it. I need my glasses! Frank: You don't need glasses, you're just weak! You're weak! Estelle: Leave him alone! Frank: Alright, George. It's time for the feats of strength. (George has a break down)

I have an aluminum pole standing in the middle of my garage.
The wife does not understand why.

Okay, after seeing that I know I would take the old man in the feats of strength. After all, I still have some wrestling skills. ;D
