How will this DVD promotion look? I mean, sure Hogan is a WWE/F legend, but how are they going to promote a DVD for a guy who's now in TNA? I know they could NOT mention TNA but Vince is pretty petty will take this a personal slight. So, how are they gonna do it?

They'll ignore him for the most part.
They'll still promote him when they feel the need to, but there obviously won't be any new Hogan sets or even him featured on the cover of a DVD at least prominently. I only see trouble if they decide to do say another big box set like KOTR, but he wasn't overly prominent in that or someone he feuded with. The only feud I can really think of that hasn't been covered so far would be Andre and a. they'd either need more interviews with him or b. have enough and could do it/hold off doing it. Piper got one, Savage got one, Warrior got one, 80's got one, AWA got one, nWo got one. I doubt we'll see a Bundy one anytime soon.
I guess it would only hurt Andre as mentioned, possibly a Slaughter one and obviously, further limits the possibility of a No Holds Barred DVD release. Even Slaughter could likely be worked around, with a match or two or whatever covered.

None. A Hogan DVD will make too much scratch to abandon.

I'm just guessing this means no "Legends of WrestleMania II" video game.
Shame really. Wanted to put Swagger vs. Bret Hart.

If Hogan's tour is off and Flair wasn't stupid enough to sign any serious "contract" (which I doubt he was), I wouldn't be surprised to see him sign off on it. No Hogan would defintely be a hit, but it could still be pulled off. Maybe regimmicked as WWE Legends II: Hall of Fame Boogaloo or something. Introduce Starrcade, old school ECW Arenas, etc.

Hogan's in TNA now?
Huh, and just when I was considering watching them fulltime again. Well, there goes that - not happening.

There are two Hogan DVDs out there. Why make a third?

There are two Hogan DVDs out there. Why make a third? Because almost all if not all the matches that would be on this set were never released on DVD before. Including the FIRST Sting/Hogan match, when Hogan was in his "Darkside of Hulkamania" mode...and Sting wore red and yellow that night.

Jeez, is there really ANOTHER Hogan DVD? The guy hasn't even done anything in WWE since his last DVD, which was a 3 disc set. WTF?

I guess people didn't get the memo on the 3 disc set that's coming out on the 18th featuring all previously unreleased matches

I suppose this means he'll be cut from vintage collection which is a shame.

I think Hogan will still be featured regularly on WWE DVDs. Kurt Angle was featured A LOT on the Smackdown DVD and he's one of TNA's top stars.

C level celebs/wwe vs Hogan/TNA TNA wins On the inverse - Shawn Michaels & WWE against TNA and Z-level celebrities. Though I'd take the minor celebrities over Hogan any day. In either case, in regards to the Hogan DVD I get why they'd put it out since the man sells, but it's not something I would ever buy as I am by no means a Hogan fan.
