OK, technically some other wrestlers had some of these titles longer, but the titles were outside of the WWE at the time so I only counted reigns that occured in WWWF/WWF/WWE. Also, this is counting longest single reign, not combined reigns.
I'd say Demolition!

1. What qualifies as "long"
2. Where's JBL?

Honky or Demolition, cause titles actually meant a damn back then.

1. What qualifies as "long" 2. Where's JBL? It's 'longest,' as in the top length reigns of each belt.

I have to go with Bruno. If he failed then the company would never have caught on and probably would have had to go crawling back to join the NWA.

Just to add a little more to my view of this. I can see arguments being made for Bruno Sammartino, Honky Tonk Man, The Fabulous Moolah and Demolition. MVP, The Big Show, Batista and Londrick were all comparatively "meh" (though great compared to title reigns outside this poll). Maryse is really only there for it to be a complete list.

MVP without a doubt, it was this title reign that made began to shape him into somewhat a serious player.

Clearly Sammartino, this should not even be a competition.

I'll say Show, on the basis most of these people suck or had uneventful reigns (or in Sammartino's case is completely alien to the modern audience), and his reign was actually pretty damn good.

That is like saying Joe DiMaggio shouldn't be on a short list of the greatest baseball players ever because most modern fans know nothing about him.

LOVED Big Show's run as ECW Champion but has to be Bruno for me - He was Hulk Hogan before Hulk Hogan.
Sadly modern fans will go "WHO?" and vote for the likes Of Show & MVP - WWE really needs to give a nod here & their of it's history

There's a big difference there - baseball's stats matter for something. Wrestling a lot of it has to do with the changing of the times, and most of what Sammartino did in his day is lost to live events and a few low-quality tapes. He definitely did carry the company on his shoulders, but today there is nothing to judge him on.

Holding the Title for 11 years? Being the blueprint for Hulk Hogan? Come on. You can look at it from a kayfabe standard or a drawing standard, Bruno still wins. Big Shows title reign drew nothing.

Ummmm Bruno Sammartino guys. He sold out more arenas then anyone else in history, was the original big draw, and was the first face of the company.

Why does everything have to be based on draws? As a fan, I could care less how much someone drew. I think someone is the best because of how much I was/am entertained by their matches, promos, etc.
Which is why I voted for Demolition.

Yeah, how many of you have actually even seen Bruno when we was Champion? Screw "drawing power"
