I remember reading a news report around 2006 or 2007 that Rodimer was to be called up and they were planning on having him feud with Cena for the belt some time that year. He looked to be a cross between Prototype Cena and Randy Orton.

Remember when everyone thought that Rodimer was going to be pushed to be Rated RKOs bodyguard, based on a report from I think Keller? And then the rumor turned into Kenny Dykestra?

Also, he was over 5'8" which is the ultimate sin on these boards. If he were smaller, he would be pegged as a guy with a ton of potential and room for improvement. Since he's a big guy, however, he's pegged as a no-talent hoss who can never amount to anything. If he were smaller, he wouldn't have ever even made it to developmental. |

The DSW shows had the matches interspersed with the training etc, and he was repeatedly acting like he was the future of the business, cutting horrible promos and botching moves verging on dangerously. Bill Demott and the other trainers repeatedly told him to shut his mouth and learn the business, but he still acted like he knew it all.

I saw him in an OVW match once. All I remember about it was how his opponent was falling to the ground from a vertical suplex before he started falling back.
Wasn't a good match, and I've taken the word from everyone else he was terrible. Someday Stephanie needs to learn you can't just point your finger at someone and say "That's our guy!" She's not Cornette or Heyman.

Oh god!! I remember him, Beth managed him for awhile down in OVW when she was getting chased by Jacob Duncan (i liked that storyline btw lol).

Oh man, I had almost forgotten Rodimer. Seriously, the guy was beyond any level of horrible. He had a feud in OVW that I remember vs. Atlas Dabone (Ricky Ortiz) and when Dabone is clearly outclassing you, that's a problem. He sucked something fierce in the ring and he also got copious amounts of mic time to cut rambling, god awful bad promos.
Rodimer was like if you did a create a wrestler of Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton and had the worst of both.
