When did Edge start using the Spear? I want to say as a finish, after the buyout but, long before that as a regular move.

Fat guy wins Cruiserweight title and this is considered controversial. He is then beat by a woman for the title (also controversial). WCW did this with Oklahoma and Medusa and the WWE later did the same thing with Chavo Classic and some bimbo. I believe both said fat guys had an anti-womangimmick going on too.
I'd also say that Rodney Mack coming out issuing a challenge every night to whomever would come down to the ring was very similar to Ernest Miller doing it in WCW. Both men were eventually defeated by Goldberg if I recall correctly.
One might also list Hogan trading in the black and white of the nWo for the red and yellow of Hulkamania and Rey Mysterio having to unmask since both things had happened in WCW first.

Never!Once a week Eric Briscoff would go to Titian Towers, put a gun to Vince's head and make him spill everything they had planned.

The "eeeeeevil" thread reminded me that TAKA speaking into the mic and having an American voice that doesn't match up with his mouth was taken from WCW in 1999 when Russo and Ferrara did it with La Parka.

The NWA Invasion. Remember when Cornette used to poll the audience like Scott Hall used to see who was there for the NWA(O).

The NWA Invasion. Remember when Cornette used to poll the audience like Scott Hall used to see who was there for the NWA(O). Good call. I had completely forgotten about it too, but it was a huge ripoff. I still remember one episode where the NWA guys were doing some sort of beatdown, and Jim Ross saud something like "This isn't some fictional group like the NWO, the NWA is a real wrestling promotion!" And while that was true, it just lended more reason to believe that they were copying the NWO. Then they had Barry Windham "jump ship" from the WWF to the NWA, and that's when it became a full fledged ripoff in my eyes.

That was a parody though. Yeah, but essentially so was Buzzkill, which often gets touted as a "WWF ripoff" when it was just a storyline where Russo forced Brad Armstrong to come up with a personality like his brother. Anyway, I'd say Smackdown itself was a ripoff of Thunder, right down to the color theme. good thing to know I'm not the only one who thought that.

Vince being an evil boss was probably influenced by Bischoff being revealed as being a supporter of the nWo.
Bret Hart doing the Scorpion Deathlock once he started entering the main event

The really half-assed attempt to create a Light Heavyweight Division in 1997. It really had potential, too. With guys like TAKA and Aguila and a bunch of young high flyers, it could have been good. But it suuuure wasn't. I can't believe that the title didn't go defunct until 2001. Its just not in the WWF/E's style which is not necessarilly a bad thing. Different audience, different way they run things, etc etc. Even as a 10 year old bias WWF mark, I knew they were copying WCW. Here's one no one mention - using obscure celebrities to garner ratings(e.g. The Guest Host thing they have going now). What pains me the most is WWE has criticized WCW doing that, which angers me more.

WCW did stuff like have live concerts on Nitro for no reason and pay KISS assloads of money to base a jobber on them. All WWE does is give them 15 or 20 minutes a week at most, and always in ways that feature guys on the roster as well.

When the WWE turned Raw into a boring, paint by the numbers 2 hour show. WCW had that idea first dammit!

Or even stupider perform it live on their biggest show of the year... for over 10 minutes.
