TWO MAJOR WWE STARS OUT WITH INJURIES THAT WILL REQUIRE SURGERY, SCOTT ARMSTRONG UPDATE, MICKIE JAMES AND MORE

As we first reported last night exclusively in the PWInsider.com Elite section, both Rey Mysterio and Big Show are scheduled for knee surgeries shortly, which is why Mysterio was killed by Batista and stretchered out and why Show was choked out by Undertaker's finisher.

As we mentioned last night during the Survivor Series post-game show as well, Scott Armstrong did indeed suffer a legitimate concussion last night when he was errantly kicked in the back of the head by Sheamus during Team Miz vs. Team Morrison. I was told Armstrong was in a bad way backstage when they got him to the back but is doing much better today.

To kill a rumor that is making the rounds, Mickie James knew about the "Piggy James" video before she was in the ring at last week's Smackdown. There was a run through of the segment earlier in the day. One story making the rounds is that WWE surprised her with the video without her knowledge, but there's nothing to that at all.

I can't believe people were thinking Mickie didn't know how that segment was going to go.

And the Big Show surgery throws up another interesting possibility. What does Jericho do with the belts now? Can he pick another partner, or does he have to vacate them? They should put him with a young guy like McIntyre or Sheamus, and let him build them up like he was doing with Show.

Mysterio? Won't miss him in the slightest.

Jericho has bad luck with partners.

In a way though, it actually adds to the angle. Jericho can drop Big Show and find ANOTHER partner, claiming once again he needs someone on his level who wont drop the ball by getting injured.

Que someone like CM Punk or Ziggler who needs something to do to give them their credibility back.

So Show goes out, another one of Jericho's partners down for the count. I'd be up for The Rated R Show tag team, if they chose to go that route.

But now Jericho will have to find a new partner. Will it be Sheamus to solidify his status as a badass, McIntyre to make people care about him, Lance Cade so people can remember who he is, Miz for Y2Jiz, or Kane to make us even more Kanefused?

If for some reason Jericho choose a new partner, I don't see it being Sheamus or any newer guy. I'd think they would force him and Kane to continue their partnership thanks to the Bragging Right win or something stupid like that.

I read or hear (Might of been Striker last night on the PPV) that Show hurt his knee taking the codebreaker on SD!

I mean that was the first time I saw him with a knee brace in awhile and you could see he was trying not to put pressure on it during th match last night.
