Seriously did anyone care about this guy? He was like the french bam neely or something. Also {Spoiler}Grenier auditioned for series one and two of Tough Enough, the reality television program produced by World Wrestling Entertainment in 2001 and 2002, but was unable to attend the selection process due to visa problems. While he was in Florida training and taking part in a modeling shoot, Grenier met WWE producer Pat Patterson, with whom he became good friends. Patterson invited Grenier to attend WWE events for a few tryout matches under the ring name "Sly Grenier LOL.

He was...okay, I guess.
I'd say Dupree was the better talent though.

I never got the love for any of the members of La Resistance. All of them just screamed "generic" to me.

He had a great look and could have been decent. Bit of s ahame it never happened.

With someone like Patterson behind him, I'm surprised he didn't use his influience and ride him to the top.

I remember how every time WWE was in Quebec, Grenier would get a Jesus Pop, but other than that, he'd get dead silence.
And who could ever forget his theme music?

I enjoyed the time he faced Tatanka in Quebec and the crowd reacted like it was Hogan v Rock at wrestlemania.
That was pretty awesome.

I enjoyed when he first broke up from La Res and went into his Model gimmick.... especially when he'd dive out of the ring and complain at the ref when he got hit in the face

He was this decade's Paul Christy. Sylvain Grenier: Wrestler, Model, Ambassador. Pretty blue eyes, physical appearance. Woman. Sexual. Got it?

I liked his supermodel gimmick. During his entrance he'd do the catwalk turn when he reached the ring. It was great.
Did I miss him though? Not really.

I always thought of him like this...had he debuted in a time when wrestlers that couldn't cut a promo were paired with a manager that could or been added to a stable he could have had a better run.

I lol'd many times at JBL's complete burial of this guy.
"Quebec? I'd rather spend Christmas in hell!"
