Jonathan is my favorite player of all time too! He was so, so awesome. Jonathan was exactly like one of my best friends. You either really liked him or you really hated him. Count me in with you two on the "love him" camp.

Yea, I see people say they hated him and I'm all confused because I thought he was so rad. And he was the first one to tell Probst to STFU during challenges, which I love, because even tho I like Probst, sometimes he grates during challenges. I can only imagine what it's like to hear it when you're trying to concentrate. Count me in with you two on the "love him" camp. Man, that season was so great.

What I liked about him was that he wasn't so stubborn that he couldn't admit he made a mistake and fix it. He never should have jumped in the first place, and at the first reasonable opportunity he went back. He even gave Raro every chance to change their plans, but no one wanted to listen to him that Yul had the idol. Their loss, he wrecked that tribe because of their own ignorance and arrogance. That season, Australia, and Micronesia (not in that order) are like my holy three in Survivor history. Vanuatu and Africa just behind.

Candice and Dumb Adam sucking face over there had to ruin US relations with the area for years to come. I hate when good players have to get a medical evac

Erik would have been fine for a while I think, but he started getting full of himself in the "I think I'm running this joint" way. People in this game too often get comfortable with that idol in their pocket.
Unfortunately, Russell's strong play tonight finally did cross that line from aggressive to over doing it. Now his cover is blown, everyone knows he's been talking to everyone else, and no one has a reason to trust him. He's basically Sierra from last season, trapped within his own tribe. Of course in this game all it takes is one person saying one stupid thing or one bold move to turn things, which if anyone can pull one it's him, but right now he's seriously reeling.

Anyone have a feeling that they are bating us with Russel next week. Like that so called fight from a few weeks ago.

I'd bet Jaison saying "it has to be Russell" is about something totally unrelated to eliminating him. But taking the preview for next week out of it, he's still obviously in a world of trouble right now.

Jaison is useless and brings nothing to the game or the show.
I hope Russell sticks around though, he's awesome!

I get the feeling Russell may be gone next week. They flushed out the idol tonight for that very reason.

I'm glad Russell got outplayed for once. Going around with the idol and making deals was a very bold move and it could very well spell his end. Oh, and I'm glad Erick got voted off, even though I was hoping Foa Foa got picked off one by one. The guy obviously came off way too arrogant for his own good.

I just watched the show, and yes Erik showed too much hubris this time.
It was great seeing things not go Russell's ways for once. it made for a much better show. People of all kinds were strategizing differently, and Russell even admitted he "did know what's going on" He wasted his Idol, and seems to have lost all pull from admitting he talked to a strategized with everyone, and had an idol he was hiding. I almost feel sorry for him now.
Laura was awesome, trouncing all Russell's plans. Plus John was surprisingly very good at strategy this time, I felt he was the reason Erik got voted out. He convinced Erik to spread the word about Monica, making everyone lose trust on Erik instead of himself.
Plus did anyone catch the part where Brett no sold Erik's high five? Sucker Punch!

Okay it's offical Rusell is the greatest player of all time. Game just got a whole lot more interesting, as it is now 5-5 in numbers. The only thing I'll gripe about is that I think Foa Foa + Shambo should have gone after Dave instead of Kelly
