Forget the movies. Who is that chick on your signature?
EDIT: Now that I've read the article I guess most of the stuff makes perfect sense. Especially the multiple Bonds and the Matrix thing.

Interesting theories. None are going to be perfect but interesting nonetheless. With the Ferris Theory, I can see him imagining parents he can outsmart, a principal he always gets the best of and even an annoying sister who tries but fails to screw him. But imagining a sister making out with Charlie Sheen, clearly Cameron has even worse pyschological problems than the theory suggests.

The Bond theory is fascinating, though if you ask me, I say they got the basic idea right but not the little detail. "Bond" doesn't retire, but when he dies (lets admit it, your real-life spy wouldn't survive 10 minutes of one of those movies, much less 22 of them) he regenerates with a new face and personality quirks. Ah darn I'm a dork.

Huh, I always thought it was a given that the kid died at the end of Radio Flyer.

I love the Ferris Bueller theory. But it would be all the more awesome if this was a dream while Cameron was knocked unconscious by his father for destroying the Ferrari.

The Star Wars one is way off, but you'd only know that if you read the Expanded Universe stuff or knew someone that knew that stuff to explain it.

The James Bond one was even used in Casino Royale (the parody with Woody Allen, not the reboot).

he regenerates with a new face and personality quirks. Well, not Brosnan and Craig. You have to keep in mind that Dalton's Bond has to go back to Gallifrey to fight the Time War.

I've thought the Bond one before but I assume lots of people have. It just makes too much sense, considering the other codenamed characters and the multiple 00's.

I don't care for the James Bond/Code Name Theory. For one thing, I think it makes the character less interesting, rather than more. I'm fond of the fantasy of a perpetual 35 year old going around the globe, bedding beautiful women, and kicking evil's ass. That, to me, is more fun than the idea of the guy getting old and, eventually, dying. For another thing, there's a decent amount of evidence that would suggest they're all the same guy: commanderbond.net/2349/the-codename-theory.htmlIn addition to that stuff: -The pre-credit sequence to DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER features a very angry Bond in search of Blofeld, which would make sense following the events of ON HER MAJESTY'S SECRET SERVICE (Lazenby's only Bond film). -In FOR YOUR EYES ONLY, Roger Moore's Bond visits the grave of George Lazenby's Bond's dead wife. Why would he visit the grave of a woman he never even knew (and presumably, the grave of the wife of a MAN he never even knew). Obviously Daniel Craig isn't playing the same James Bond from the first 20 movies, since that film makes it clear that its Bond's first mission since becoming a 00 (and I believe EON Productions outright stated they were rebooting the franchise with CASINO ROYALE). BUT, if I'm not mistaken, Craig's character has the James Bond name before achieving 00 status (in the pre-title sequence), which would lend credence to the idea that it is his actual name, not a codename.
