I work for a pretty good-sized bank, and every year, I have to take a security risk management test given through our company's intranet. Every year it has a different theme. This year, it was superhero themed, and the two main characters were white, while there were two minorites listed as "sidekicks". Now, I'm not one to call racism, but I think the company could have done a better job with this one. Perhaps if they would have left the word "sidekick" out of the conversation. Just left me with a feeling that someone's going to complain about it, and I'll have to take a more racially sensitive version of it all over again.
