If Doug Gilmour, Pavel Bure, or Mats Sundin, ever get in to the HOF than Pierre Turgeon should definitively get in, preferably before Pavel Bure.

Michael Ryder and Mark Recchi are such dead f***ing weight right now. Well I would figure Recchi is a good leader in locker room at least.

BTW: If Pavel gets in, should Lindros get in? Yes... eventually. Bure and Lindros were HOF talented, but never really played a lot or to their full potential because of injuries, ala Cam Neely. But there is a long list of very good to great players who were healthy, who should go in first.

Missing: The Detroit Red Wings Please contact the Joe Louis Arena What's missing is the offense lost by Hudler, Samuelsson, Hossa, and Kopecky. Holland didn't adequately replace them, but given the cap constraints, he did okay with everyone, except a big time winger to replace Hossa.

Ryder has always had a problem with disappearing, but it's getting ridiculous. Both of these guys had nearly 30 goals last season, and neither will get more than 15 at this pace.

According to the Devils TV channel, they're playing the "NY Islanders Islanders" today.

Ugh, Milan Lucic out for another 4 weeks with a freak ankle injury. Goddamn it. The month of December is not looking promising without him.

The Sharks had NO business taking that game from Edmonton last night. Pavelski with an easy shootout goal, but still. Down 3-1 with 15 to go and Marleau nets his 3rd goal with a shorty. I'll take it every night.
