So, I got to thinking about it, and it turns out that a lot of the music I've been liking lately just happens to be making its way from Australia.

Saw this video from The Presets on NME TV here in the UK and immediately downloaded their album, here's the video...
Surprised they haven't taken off in the U.K. to be honest.

I saw The Presets live at the Sound Relief charity concert in Sydney last year. Their music, along with a lightning storm and bucketing rain combined to create an atmosphere that was simply un-f***ing-believeable.

I saw the Midnight Juggernauts when they opened for The Flaming Lips in mid 09. Must say I was quite impressed:
