I don't mean to sound disrespectful, but I've personally never heard of her. That doesn't make it any less tragic or appalling, though, and if it really was her boyfriend, then I hope he gets sent away for life. (at the risk of being warned, I noticed this was in Miami-Dade County, which leads me to ask: where is Dexter Morgan when you need him?) Here's the article: www.cbsnews.com/blogs/2010/01/08/crimesider/entry6072936.shtml?tag=contentMain;contentBody

My gut tells me they'll find this guy dead much like that one guy a few months ago. Suicide on the run.

I first heard this story this morning on the way home from work, and it's a really sad story. That sort of thing shouldn't happen to anyone.

RIP.
...Reading through the story, a GROWN MAN took money out of a woman's purse and then slapped her and ran off? WOW. Even if this guy isn't guilty of murder, he should be locked up under charges of doucheness.

If he did it, there will be a special place in Hell for him next to the child molesters and people who talk at the theatre ... ;D

RIP. ...Reading through the story, a GROWN MAN took money out of a woman's purse and then slapped her and ran off? WOW. Even if this guy isn't guilty of murder, he should be locked up under charges of doucheness. Doucheness, as well as battery, theft (probably petty, unless the amount was over $1,000), public misconduct (or whatever the local equivalent is in their jurisdiction), etc. Hopefully, he's not guilty and their spat wasn't the reason for this, and hopefully, if that's the case, the people who are responsible for this are found. I'll save my other remarks for somewhere else, lest I push the rules too far.
