I don't want this to be one of those threads, this is genuine question.
Who killed them? Like, who was ruled to have done it in the courts.

No one. OJ was the only viable suspect and he most likely did it.

We're still looking for the real killer.

Really? That's suspicious in it's own right.

We're still looking for the real killer. Well, that's hopeless unless OJ wants to find them in prison. Although he has scoured all the golf courses in America.

Anyone interesting in the topic REALLY needs to read the book If I Did It by the juice himself. It's... informative.
Of course this is the exact book that was going to be released a few years ago when he wanted to call it "I Didn't Do It, But If I Did, Here's How".
The description of how he commits the murders in the book are rather surreal.

Then again we wouldn't be debating the OP's question if the LAPD hadn't botched the forensics.

OJ's just criminal profiling. It just so happens that the killer thinks just like him and does things he likes.

Ah, never mind -- it was eventually released after the Goldman's were able to edit it... and they changed the name of the book and everything.

Ha, the Goldman's published it? That explains the font style, then. Haha.

Ah, never mind -- it was eventually released after the Goldman's were able to edit it... and they changed the name of the book and everything. There's no edit according to the editor, who also has a preface in it. The very editor who OJ was even working with. It's in original form textwise. Only difference is the title, the cover, and the foreword and afterword. OJ's manuscript appears unedited and in it's entirety.

To answer the original question, nobody besides OJ was charged for the murders. He was found liable for the deaths in a civil suit against the Goldman and Brown families.
