What if the Attitude Era began this decade instead of the 1990s?

Then I guess right now would be the equivalent of late 1999?
Which sounds AWESOME right now. No PG, no Raw guest hosts, and NO GOD DAMN HORNSWOGGLE!
As much as I thought the early McMahon-Helmsley regime stuff wasn't all that great, I would take it in a heartbeat over any 'Swoggle "fun"

If they had the same programming, same style, same wrestlers, it'd be more succesfull than what's currently going on but I doubt it'd be as pivotal as it was in the tail-end of the 90s. And I loved the Attitude Era..I just don't think it compliments the current last few years...

Well then they'd have several years to suffer through before things got any better in their war.

Well, seeing that WWF was close to filing Chapter 11 in 1995, there would be no WWE in 2000's.

It'd have to be the WCW Attitude era, because there'd be no WWF/WWE.

The era was indeed a do or die period for them.

I would not be on here complaining about how disgusted I am with wrestling. This would happen 8 years later when WWE takes a sharp downward spiral into the abyss.
