In other DiBiase news, WWE just confirmed that he's got Twitter, and they'll reveal his username later.

I watched that last night and and the dude having to have his head kicked straight through the wall got a Ron Simmons "DAMN" from me. Ted said dude walked away with a bloody face.
The things people do for a buck I guess.

Makes me sad Actors bust their asses for years doing Black Box theater shows, being extras, paying for Agents, Managers and Teddy manages to get into Wrestling (Mainly) cause of who his Daddy is and then gets to be in a full-length film on DVD as the lead.

And he's going to debut some of his poems on his Twitter page. I already got one of his gems... The plane has landed in Pittsburgh. I'm really excited about wrestling in Cleveland. I'm going to eat a sandwich when I get to the hotel. I hope they got HGTV. Actually, now that I think about it, I'm not sure if that counts as a poem. He probably should try to do some limericks.

On the other hand, very few people will actually buy the movie, because who wants to see Ted as an actor? Ted DiBiase couldn't show a facial expression if Jim Cameron spent 3 times the CGI budget of Avatar on him.

As an aspiring actor (VCU School of Theatre! *cheap pop*) it does fluster me sometimes but then I look at the film industry as a whole and see the tons and tons of movies that always have bad actors in them. Plus, is The Marine 2 associated with WWE Films? If thats the case I really can't be mad because they are using in-house talent. I think part of the reason I really watch wrestling anymore is to listen to people give promos. Its funny how after the 2 years of training I have under my belt, how I look at promos and scenes differently. To be honest, John Cena's (though obviously very scripted), come across as the most honest. Sheamus also fits his role quite well and Christian does a bang up job as well.

In fairness, Ted is a good wrestler with a lot of potential and likely would have ended up in WWE anyway (his family connections just made it happen a lot faster.) RE: the movie role. They were looking specifically for a wrestler and wouldn't have done it without one. It wasn't like Ted stole the role for a more deserving actor.
