That segment I thought would be brilliant to set up a Bret/Jericho storyline...just something to keep them both going until Mania when Vince/Edge respectively are freed up.

They attack Jericho, who then comes out later in the night, and interfers in the tag title match, screwing DX and handing the belts to the Dynasty. He says that even though they attacked him, he just realises this shows what he wanted - to see them make an impact. He becomes leader of the Dynasty, and gets himself back on Raw because he becomes their 'official manager'. The Dynasty accept him because they realise he is an experienced guy, and after all did help them become tag champions.

Then a feud with Bret happens. Jericho can say something ridiculous - but that is absolutely true in his own mind - that he is more of a heart than Bret ever was. While Bret was sitting at home Jericho was becomming the best in the world, and if anyone should represent the new Hart Dynasty, it should be him. He feuds with Bret, who can send faces after them (Maybe Legacy turn on Orton and feud with the Dynasty?) and it just gives Bret something new to do so they don't have to talk about Montreal for 3 months before they inevitably do the match at Mania.

The Dynasty beat DX on the Jan 4th Raw to mix reactions. Feud with a couple face teams (Cryme Tyme, MVP/Henry) the whole time having a strange mentor relationship with Bret. Finally when Bret is getting a beatdown from Christian (who joins SD! and throws the ECW title in the trash, to make Vince happy) and Drew McIntyre. The Dynasty make the save turning face in the process. Leading to Vince, Drew, and Christian vs. Bret and the Hart Dynasty at Wrestlemania.

I think the Dynasty is going to help Vince, not Bret because he can do more for their careers.
