Horribly booked, there's one choice for that, Triple H vs Randy Orton at Wrestlemania.

Odd booking for a match?
I'll let someone else cite Michaels / Vader - lemme say Cena / Orton from this year's SummerSlam. Especially in how it proceeded to have nothing whatsoever come from it.

Close your eyes and point to a match on this card. More likely than not, it qualifies for this topic.

GAB 2005. Orlando retains the US title vs Chris Benoit. (Was before the storyline with Benoit making Jordan tap really fast multiple times)

Undertaker vs. Flair at WrestleMania 18. All general logic pointed at Flair going over seeing as Taker destroyed him (and David) constantly, but Taker apparently pointed out the streak as a reason for him not to lose and he didn't.

The Cena-Orton Summerslam match from this year was really confusing.
