so I was out last night for an early Christmas party and had a good time
until 6 am this morning at which time I made the first of many trips to the bathroom to see my dinner from last night come out of my mouth
and since 8 am I've been using the bathroom in a way that it was intended excessively
and the only food I've had to eat today I puked up
I also have a headache and my stomach feels like crap

ugh, I had Salmonella once, not fun. I'm not 100% sure what it feels like to have your midsection run over with a steam roller, but I think I came close.  |

You'll know once the hallucinations begin to take over. It's nothing to worry about, unless you're eighty or have some other serious illness in conjuntion with the food poisoning. I've elected to poison myself a few times in my younger years, give it a couple of hours and drink lots of water.

I was kinda worried I had food poisoning last night when I woke up and threw up the burrito I had. It smelled like crap covered with nacho cheese so that only made me even more disgusted. But since I felt quite better afterwards and perfectly fine when I woke up (besides one of my tonsils being sore), I guess it wasn't food poisoning after all. Who knows what it was.

I thought it was a hang over except that I've been making contast bathroom runs that weren't for puking....and there's no way I got hung over from 4 drinks

Could be food poisoning, if it persists I suggest you have it checked out.
also, drink plenty of fluids to replace the ones you lose.

Keep replenishing fluids, try not to do anything too strenuous.
If you insist on eating anything, keep it light (crackers, soups and such).
If it persists for more than a day, have yourself taken to the doctors so they can give you a thorough look-over.
That's about all you can do for food poisoning, really. And change your bedsheets as well.
