I just watched it on DVD & I must say, I am glad I bought it!
This was a great movie & I haven't laughed like that in a long time at a movie.
It's about 4 guys who are diehard Star Wars fans & they travel from Iowa to Skywalker Ranch with hopes of breaking into Skywalker Ranch & seeing Episode 1 6 months before it's release.
This is the perfect nerd film!!
And it even features cameos from Billy Dee Williams, Carrie Fisher, Kevin Smith, & Jason Mewes. Ok, so the last 2 aren't big deals in the Star Wars world, but still!

Saw it about a year ago with some friends. Pretty funny, but a little too off color for me to see more than once.

One of my favorite movies of 2009 (even though it was made and such in 2008).

I loved how they got the insider info that they needed, and the fact that Lucas knew who was behind it.

Love the film. I watched it about 20 times the first couple of days I got it and broke down in tears every single time it got to the last 15 minutes.

One of my favorite movies of 2009 (even though it was made and such in 2008). Actually it was made like way back in 06 and suppose to come out in 2007. I've been waiting for this movie for like three years.

I wanted to like it more than I did. Don't get me wrong, it was a good movie, but most of the obstacles seemed to be solved too easily.
"You kids aren't going anywhere!" "Please?" "Okay, go ahead."

It was a fun movie plus it had Kristen Bell in it and that's always a plus.

"Rush IS variety. Bitch." God I loved that quote. Loved the movie in general, but I'm also a huge Star Wars fan. One of my favourite movies of last year and it was definitely worth the 3 year wait

I was surprised how it got bit emotional during the last fifteen minutes of the movie. I'm also surprised on {Spoiler}how that guy dies from cancer at the end of the movie. I was expecting him to live like they always do in most movies.

A long wait for me to finally see it, and I was pleased. Very funny with a good plot and a nice cast. Some great cameos to boot, and I loved Ethan Suplee as Harry Knowles.

Seems SW fans really respond to it more than the rest of us. Good for them.
The only good moment was the ending.
That was brilliantly funny.
