Yeah, you heard me right. I say it proudly. When I was a kid, every Friday night you would find me glued to the TV, watching the TGIF lineup on ABC. And man oh man, I was into the classics like Perfect Strangers, Full House (before the olsen's were...u know, trashy) and of course, Family Matters. Urkel was an early icon of my childhood. And as an almost lifelong wrestling fan, that episode with the Buswackers brought out the inner-mark in me. I can fondly recall re-enacting scenes from it with a couple of my closest friends from the time. I feel little shame in it now. Family Matters is amongst those guilty pleasures of my childhood, like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Godzilla movies. And I dare my fellow crappers to deny they marked out any less. Nuff said.

I completely agree with everything you said... well, except for TMNT being a guilty pleasure. Seriously though, as a kid in the early '90s, it was always a huge deal when wrestlers would appear on other TV shows.

TMNT is in no way a guilty pleasure.

I mark for Family Matters in general. I think Urkel should've turned heel on Carl and joined The Bushwhackers in this episode after giving Carl a severe beat-down. He could've cut an awesome heel promo after a beat down.
"Carl, I tried to be your friend, but you just kept blowing me off! It isn't bad enough that I kept getting turned down by your snotty bitch of a daughte; but then you had to go and be an asshole every time I'd come over and try to share my genius inventions. You used to eat donuts and pie, but now all you're going to eat is my fists, fat man! The 'Whackers and Urkel are here, and we are taking over!".
Really; you couldn't blame him if he did. The bset heels are the ones who are justified in their actions.
