Before every WWE show there is the starting sequence. It used to involve the line "Hulkamania is running wild" and has now been replaced with Ted Dibiase Sr. saying "Everybody has a price" I have read that this is because Hulk Hogan is apparently only working with TNA for the money he's been offered. Apparently, although I have no source, CM Punk has said Hogan is only working with TNA for the money in interviews, so I was wondering if anyone knows if this is true?

While I'm not sure, it does make sense that if Punk said that, that the smear campaign is on.

No clue if that's the intent, but that's quite the Fridge Brilliance you got going.

So I guess WWE WASN'T paying Hogan... and that makes Hogan the bad guy for risking his body and wanting something in return...
Erm... how is that supposed to work again?

Enough about Hogan....I'm just glad WWE is giving respect to the greatest heel of all time.

I think the difference is that Punk isn't going "I'M HERE FOR WWE, I'M GOING TO MAKE WWE INTO AN EVEN BETTER WRESTLING ORGANIZATION!" etc... Hogan has basically been saying that he's doing what he's doing to help TNA grow and to provide competition to WWE, etc., and Punk's point is that its BS and Hogan is only there for himself and couldn't care less about anything else.
Not that theres anything wrong with self interest, I suppose, but its more than that in Hogan's case. Its self interest mixed with quite a bit of ego and greed.

Sorry the "just the money" CM Punk thing appears to be wrong, I found the radio interview, in it Punk says Hogan is only out for himself and not TNA which I think is true. I do not know about the WWE intro.

The into could be a sly little nudge toward Hogan but if it is, it's probably just the guys who made it doing something to amuse themselves and people in the know. I wouldn't be surprised if non of the higher ups knew about it till it was done. It definitely isn't part of a master plan.

Next week's going to feature the tagline:
"The road to wrestlemania will be littered with broken dreams, and Hogan's a a-hole".

How does replacing his two second appearance on the intro amount to an insult?
