Didn't it seem wrong for Rey to kick out of Chris' finisher when it was done in extreme (off the top rope in this case) fashion and then Rey beats him like 10 seconds later. I'm not saying that the psychology has to be done to a tee but, come on.

Well seeing how it was kinda a number one contenders match, I can see the extra momentum Rey had to kick out of it.
For the most part yeah its bs, but they always do that with Jericho.

Jericho, while he is truly the MVP of the WWE and second to no one on the mic, is clearly just a JTTS these days, and it's upsetting. Yet, he never loses any heat and you still think he's a threat. That's what makes Jericho so awesome.

I wouldn't say Jericho is a jobber to the stars. Heels like Jericho are desparately needed. Plus, there are times where Jericho gets a good wins, so having him do a lot of losing is ok too. I think in the thread about the 2009 tv win/loss record, Jericho has both the most wins and most loses for some of the shows he's on, though I maybe wrong about that.
What I hated was how that finish is done way too often in every Beat the Clock challenge. However, I thought the one where Rey pulled the ref out was very creative, and I didn't see that one coming.

I meant, on a psychology level, not as a sign that Jericho might have the heats or anything. If Rey would've just kicked out of a regularly done codebreaker, fine but, kicking out of Chris' finisher the way it was done was my problem.

He took to long to get the pin and Rey rolled him up. Its not like he got a decisive victory.
I don't think it harmed either of them.

I'm not saying that the psychology has to be done to a tee but, come on. 100% agree. That was so lame for him to kick out of Jericho's finish, adding in that he did it from the ropes too! As Ringmaster pointed out to me after the show, what was the point of even having this little beat the clock tournament thing, if they're just gonna say, oh there will be a rematch next week? What?! That's just idiotic in my view.
