Aside from Pete Gas, Rodney, and Joey Abs, some vignettes mentioned a guy named Willie Green, and this man was being shown interviewed in silhouette. Why didn't they show his face, and why didn't he make the transition to the ring with the rest of the Posse? Was he another actual friend of Shane?

haha, I loved the Posse.
I have no idea what happened to him but I remember when they first appeared at a PPV sitting front row on a couch. There were like 8 or 9 members!

They were Shane's legit friends that he went to high school with only Pete and Rodney wanted to become wrestlers and Joey Abbs was just a guy they added who didn't even know Shane

I adored the Posse. I marked for those guys so hard. What a gimmick.

If I remember right, in the buildup to Shane/X-Pac at WrestleMania XV there were about 5 or 6 Posse members, and that was even before Joey Abs was added.
I know there was Rodney and Pete Gas, there was definitely a Willie Green, but I don't remember who else. It seems like there were more though. I remember when they gang attacked X-Pac outside and then Shane jumped in the car with them and drove away, and there were several Posse members there.

From what I remember it was Rodney, Pete "Gas", Joey Abs, Willie Green, Jason Pipes and The Kid.

Apparently there was one called "Billy P" as well.

I don't remember Jason Pipes or the Kid. From what I remember, there were originally 4 members. Pete Gas, Rodney, Willie Green, and Billy P(or Pete). Pete Gas and Rodney stuck around and eventually added Joey Abs to the group.

I think the original idea was that Willie Greene would be the one brought in later and played by a real wrestler, but it just became Joey Abs.
