In all seriousness that segment between Big Zeke and Kozlov the other night on ECW was a fine example of Pro Wrestling. If this were a different decade with a different audience they would've marked out huge for that segment.
Two Big Dudes just going at it, growling and making faces at each other trying to prove who is more manly. Some guys made entire careers out of that formula but sadly us spoiled and fickle wrestling fans won't appreciate it for what it really was. I'm marking out for casual friday Zeke alone.
No flips, no catchphrases, no cool heels just two big mean men who don't like each other.

As I mentioned in the other thread, more guys need to react to their foe's theme music in the way that Zeke did when Vladdy's music hit.

I've been enjoying the Zeke/Kozlov thing, but I think Zeke should've been the face and Kozlov the heel. And Zeke seemed REAAALLYY nervous on the mic. I'm not sure what it was, but like.. REALLY nervous. He needs a mouthpiece.

Also great segment, two hosses colliding is always fun.

I thought it was interesting, at least. It screamed 1980's, like it could have been Big John Studd and Andre the Giant in their places. The crowd was dead for it, though, and that probably has to do with the fans not really caring one way or the other for either one.

The one that says "Ezekiel's promo on ECW" In fact, let's leave all discussion about this there.
