Ted's lite in the loafers and Cody is the thinnest Runnels. Cody will be Chrome Dust in a couple years with Dustin as his manager.

I always here how "Ted is going to have the bigger career/future endeavored within 2 years", or "Cody will be future endeavored within a year/midcarder for life". I'm just wondering what makes either one of them more special than the other. They both seem pretty average and better than David Flair, but I don't see either one of these guys carrying the company, main eventing Wrestlemania, or anything like that. Hell when either one turns face, I can only see either one being the next Rocky Maivia, and by that I don't mean become awesome in 2 years and turn into The Rock all of a sudden. The only thing Ted really has over Cody is that he looks more like Randy Orton because he's a bit bigger, but both of them seem to lack that special something that makes a main eventer...well a main eventer. Cody seems to have an ounce of charisma, while Ted seems to actually have a negative amount.

Ted has babyface written all over him, I'm surprised they haven't turned him face yet to promote The Marine 2. I'm astounded at how badly they've wasted the opportunity afforded by The Marine 2. I almost wonder why they bothered making the movie in the first place.

Cody has charisma and is better in the ring. Ted has the look, but so far is fairly bland everywhere else. Both seem like solid midcard guys, though Cody seems the far better of the two, though Ted appears to be the anointed one. This.

Teddys bigger, has probably done more backstage to get the support of his peers/creative/office. And his probably capable of some good matches.
Cody i'm sure is capable of just the same, but the dudes gotta be like 195-200lbs?

^ And the lack of kneepads makes him look even more like a non-threatening Jr. Boy stick figure.
That said, I think Cody has way more potential as a face, while Ted is exactly the kind of boring, robotic heel WWE treasures these days. He works smooth as a pint of Ben and Jerry's though. I'll give him that. But Cody is the more unique talent, exuding a natural charisma that I couldn't imagine seeing in Ted on his most charismatic day. I hope he can prove me wrong someday, though.

I can see differences in them, helped by being fans of both. I think DiBiase is probably the better one in the ring, though both are good at what they do and can only get better. In terms of their ring styles, I notice DiBiase keeps it more old-school, which if he pushes that further could potentially turn into something unique in today's world.
As for in other areas, Cody is way better on the mic. Ted's good, but Cody's easily the best of the three members of Legacy on the stick and stuff like the Bragging Rights group promo proves he knows how to draw heat. Ted, meanwhile, seems to work better in a face-ish role, as he's at his most interesting when given a chance to show character depth and why he's the least evil of the members of the trio. The two's looks go to this - Ted looks like a natural good guy, and Cody while the sort who could probably go either way has a more heelish air to him helped by his classic evil sunken eyes.

I really think Cody could pull off being a great cowardly heel in the future.
Ted...well...I don't see much for him. Some guys are meant to be midcarders for life...and Ted is one of those guys.

They suffer from the same problem with the IWC that Drew McIntyre does. Because they aren't 'cool' heels, or do anything whatsoever to make the internet like them, they get accused of having nothing going for them, and people 'can't see' what makes them so highly thought of. Well JR thinks Ted is a Wrestlemania main-eventer in the future for example, so even if people can't see something in Ted, could they at least not accept that people like JR would?
They are being proper heels. Learning to be hated for being them. Not having an internet pleasing gimmick or trying to be cool. Someone like MVP or Morrison as a heel got a lot of love on here, people like them, but that's because they have something that makes them entertaining. Cody, Ted and Drew have none of that (even though I've seen some of Drew's work that makes me think he could if they wanted him to) When they are put into storylines on the show, rather than just being Randy's lackeys, they have both shown they can show personality, it's just when they don't have anything else to do, they are accused of lacking charisma, even though they don't.
Cody is awesome on the mic, so natural it's unreal. Ted is so smooth in the ring that he looks like he's been going for a lot longer than he has. They'll both be main eventing someday. Ted probably sooner than Cody, and Ted will probably be a better face. Cody can go either way. I can see him being a heel that gets beaten up a lot because of his smaller size but always finds a way to sneak out with his belt in the future. Having a stable do his work as well, that he controls would be good. He could also be a good underdog face though.

Cody is much more polished. Ted has some size and is handsome, but he still needs experience. Much better than his Priceless days, though.
Cody is actually one of the smoothest wrestlers in his actions on the entire roster. There are men 5 or 10 years older than him that he has already surpassed in skill.

Neither will be going any higher than IC/US in the company, although they'll both get a "legacy" contract. As of now, Miz is vastly superior to both of them on the mic and gets more crowd reaction.

I think both of them are gonna be around a long, long time. I honestly think they have such great chemistry between the two of them, that they will kinda be like DX now. Not so much shilling, but pairing up every now and then after they split.

Another good thing is his selling of his opponents moves. It really is something he does well (Except for that moonsault against Cryme Tyme)
