From another thread, my list:
Eh, a few minor adjustments could make for a better card:
Money in the Bank: Mysterio vs. MVP vs. Mark Henry vs. R-Truth vs. The Miz vs. John Morrison vs. vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Sheamus
It's not as big a demotion for Sheamus as one might think, given that Orton, Edge, and Booker T all worked this match in the same year. I could easily see Sheamus losing his title at Elimination Chamber and going on a rampage, but still losing here to either Miz or Morrison.
Alternately, you could switch out any of MVP, Mark Henry, or R-Truth for the members of Legacy.
Women's title: Michelle McCool (c) vs. Beth Phoenix
They seem to be turning Beth face, so I say run with it. You could even make it a triple threat with Mickie, if necessary.
CM Punk vs. Jeff Hardy
It's been rumored that Jeff might be around to work the show, and this would be a great place to blow-off their feud if Jeff is coming back. You could build it as Teddy Long reinstating Jeff because his DVD sales were too massive to ignore - drawing out the irony of Punk telling everyone not to buy it, thereby inspiring everyone to buy it and causing Jeff's return. I mean, he has basically been shilling the DVD for months now.
I don't necessarily want Punk to be jobbed out, but I'd find it hard to believe that this wouldn't have always been the plan for Hardy's return, for him to get his win back from Punk and close their rivalry as the winner. Might as well be at Wrestlemania. I mean, I want Punk on the show, but not in Money in the Bank...again. Plus, Mania is a bit championship-heavy. Need a few non-title feuds on the card.
Bret Hart vs. Vince McMahon in a street fight
If that's where they're bent on heading with it, who am I to argue? There are worse opponents than Vince McMahon if your match is simply going to be pure overbooked spectacle, which this should be in spades. Nobody does those types of matches better, if you ask me.
DX vs. The Brothers of Destruction
Shawn's obsession with getting a rematch with the Undertaker consumes his and HHH's partnership, leading to HHH getting involved with the feud, and Kane making the save. I know Shawn seems bent on beating the Undertaker, but he's beaten the Undertaker before (though their first encounter went to a no-contest, their second match in the first-ever Hell in a Cell was won by HBK, as well as their third meeting in the casket match at Royal Rumble 98. In fact, WM 25 is the only time Taker has definitively beaten Shawn). So it doesn't necessarily have to be that Shawn wants to defeat the Undertaker. It's more that Shawn Michaels wants to do it at Wrestlemania. He wants to be the one who ends the streak.
This storyline can be carried over into the tag match, with Shawn realizing that he can't beat the Undertaker. Realizing this, he'll try to beat Kane in the tag match and end the streak that way, putting heat (no pun intended) on Kane during the face-in-peril segment, since his brother's streak is on the line. The story also works if you play on the fact that the only times Shawn has ever defeated The Undertaker, Kane was the reason (Kane destroyed Taker in the Cell, allowing Shawn to get the pin; he then destroyed Taker and put him in the casket at the Royal Rumble).
Either way, you have Shawn get beaten by Taker again and take out his frustrations on HHH, and you have the DX break-up angle/Shawn vs. HHH feud that's suddenly fresh again because Shawn's the heel this time. Intrigue/drama is added when DX realizes that Kane is the weak link and they can end the streak if they can just isolate him. Hence, the entire match is built around DX trying to beat Kane, and keeping Undertaker out of the match.
Unified Tag Team Championship: JeriShow (c) vs. Edge and Christian
A pipe-dream, since reports say it's unlikely Edge would be back from injury in time, but it's not impossible. And the story writes itself. The self-proclaimed "most dominant tag team of this or any era" facing one of the actual "most dominant tag teams of this or any era." The story is that Jericho believes he upgraded from Edge and so Edge upgrades from Jericho by getting his former million-time tag team championship partner, Christian.
World Heavyweight Championship: Batista (c) vs. John Cena
Sheamus gets disqualified in a rematch with Cena, and Cena is banned from getting another shot, so John Cena wins the Royal Rumble and opts to challenge Batista, who wins the title at either the Rumble or Elimination Chamber. Build up that Cena can't beat Batista, given their last meeting, along with the promise Cena made to his fans not to lose again being his driving force.
WWE Championship: Randy Orton (c) vs. Kofi Kingston
It'll be hard dragging this thing out much further, but you can get it there if you have Randy win the title at Elimination Chamber, then have Kofi win a tournament or battle royal to get to Mania. There aren't many long-time feuds that actually get ended at WM anymore. They all seem simply to be started for WM, as opposed to happening organically as a result of events that happen before the "Road to WM" begins. This would be a great culmination of the feud, hopefully with Kofi going over in the end.
That's a damn solid card, if you ask me, and one that I don't think I'd mind shilling out fifty dollars for. That is, if it's well-built. But even then, you could probably count me in regardless. I'm interested in the build to WM this year, since nearly every match is a wild card. This is all wild speculation that (I think) would be obvious to anyone booking right now, but really, they could do anything between now and the big show.

Bret vs Vince - Streetfight
Writes itself.
Cena vs Batista - World Heavyweight Title
Almost writes itself too. Simply put, two dudes booked strong that want to be champion. Batista has been bullying everyone that crosses his path since winning the title from The Undertaker, but Cena is the one man in the WWE he can't bully.
HBK vs The Undertaker
Initially didn't want to see it, but the only way they can top it is if they do something truly different, and that's have HBK go heel. A proper turn, which can mean different build and a different match. How they turn him? Have him side with Vince against Bret. How do they turn him back afterwards? Have him cost Vince the streetfight later in the night, interfering on Bret's behalf.
Orton vs Kofi Kingston: WWE title
Kofi beats Orton on Monday, then goes on to win the Rumble. They don't keep feuding directly until after Elimination Chamber, where Orton gets the belt from Sheamus.
Jericho vs Edge: Grudge Match
Writes itself.
Triple H vs Sheamus
Sheamus, after losing the title at Elimination Chamber after the other participants conspire against him, goes on a rampage on Raw. Every week destroying someone else. Steph comes out, and says while Sheamus has a contract and can't be fired for being a good wrestler, she can get someone to teach him a lesson, because she can't keep having her Raw talent put on the shelf. That man? Her husband, Triple H. Like Cena/Batista, it's two men booked strongly - let them have at it.
MITB - Morrison wins.
Have the build up between Miz and Morrison be about who is going to become World Champion first. Also have Legacy in the match, and Drew McIntyre claiming he is going to fulfill the promise he made to Vince and become a world champion. Other faces include Evan Bourne, Christian and Matt Hardy.
There are other matches that can be done if circumstances go against these suggestions. Punk vs Rey could be put on the card if they don't get Jeff Hardy back. If Edge isn't back in time, they could do JeriShow vs a face Legacy.
There's so much talent, it's going to be tough to fit them all on. What I've done is tried to get the most prominent talent in the stories that make sense.

Main Events
World Heavyweight Championship Match: Batista (c) v Kofi Kingston (Royal Rumble Winner)
Batista has been an absolutely dominant champion since winning the title at the Royal Rumble, with 3 successful title defences. The first being The Undertaker's rematch, the next one against Mysterio two weeks later and the other, defeating Taker, Mysterio, Kane, Punk and Morrison in the Elimination Chamber. Kofi, on the hottest streak of anybody in WWE, wins the Rumble and opts to go for Batista's World Heavyweight Championship, becoming the first guy to jump from RAW to SmackDown via the BenoitHolly clause.
WWE Championship v The Streak: John Cena (c) v The Undertaker
John Cena has defeated all challengers in front of him since he promised he would be undefeated until he won the title back from Sheamus. When he did that at the Royal Rumble, fans wondered who was left. There is at least one guy left. The Undertaker. Cena's intentions are pure at first. He simply wants to put on a competitive match with The Undertaker, but still defeat him. But the crowd are on The Undertakers' side, with Cena not only having to overcome the odds of 17-0, but, for the first time in years, the crowd being entirely against him. And it gets to him. He loses a couple of matches through silly mistakes. He walks out of tag matches. Cena becomes a conflicted man. What will happen if he doesn't end the streak and loses his gold as well?
Unsanctioned Street Fight - 12 Years In The Making: Vince McMahon v Bret Hart
With Bret Hart finally returning to WWE to make peace with Vince McMahon and Shawn Michaels, it looked like the Montreal Screwjob saga would finally be put to bed. Not on Vince McMahon's watch. While Michaels was willing to let it go, Vince still wanted a piece of the Hitman, despite Bret not being medically cleared to wrestle. However, Bret has been hanging for a fight with Vince ever since 1997, so a deal was brokered. As such, this is an unsanctioned match, with both men being personally, financially and medically responsible for their own fate.
Cross-Brand Spectacular: Shawn Michaels v CM Punk
Two of the finest pound-for-pound wrestlers in WWE meet one-on-one for the first time. The evergreen Shawn Michaels v the rising star CM Punk. Punk, along with his protege Luke Gallows, have both targeted the lifestyles of the audience for months. Now they're taking aim at Michaels, the man who is a symbol of redemption. Proof of making the most of that second chance. They believe all that is a facade. They believe that Michaels will always be the same old womanising, pill-popping party boy that terrorised WWE in the 90s. And they refuse to believe anything else. But Michaels is indeed a changed man. And he wants to shut them both up at WrestleMania.
RAW Grudge Match: Triple H and Ted DiBiase Jr v Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes
DiBiase has finally had enough of being in Orton's Legacy, and wants to make his own by himself. After initially accidently costing Orton a title match at the Royal Rumble, DiBiase passed the point of no return, by first attacking, then eliminating Orton from the Elimination Chamber. Orton and Rhodes wanted DiBiase's blood, leading to week-after-week of attacks and ambushes, until RAW Guest Host *Insert B-to-D grade celebrity/ies here* made a match between DiBiase and Rhodes. If DiBiase won, the match would be Orton/Rhodes v DiBiase and a partner of his choice. If Rhodes won, it would be a handicap match. DiBiase won, and chose his partner, none other than 14-time World Champion and persistent thorn in the side of Legacy, Triple H.
SmackDown Grudge Match: Chris Jericho v Edge
Edge made his shocking return on SmackDown only a few weeks before WrestleMania, costing Jericho and Big Show the very same Unified Tag Team Championship that Edge held before his injury and subsequent replacement (they would have beaten DX on the 1/4 show). Now Jericho wants revenge, although Edge will have something that he hasn't had in years. The support of the fansWWE Universe.
Undercard
Money In The Bank VI Evan Bourne v Jack Swagger v Sheamus v Drew McIntyre v John Morrison v R-Truth v Yoshi Tatsu v Zack Ryder
WWE Intercontinental Championship Match Dolph Ziggler (c) v Rey Mysterio
Ziggler finally gets his title win over Morrison on SmackDown in the lead-up to Elimination Chamber, but only after interference from Batista (Morrison had a fluke roll-up win over him the previous week). Ziggler would want to get the last monkey off his back, and that's beating the great Rey Mysterio in a title match, then he can move onto bigger and better things.
The Miz's Awesome US Open Invitational for the WWE United States Championship The Miz (c) v Battle Royal Winner
The Miz, by hook or by crook, has held the US title for months, and has been complaining about his lack of what he believes to be genuine title contenders, so a battle royal is announced, with the winner to fight Miz on the main card in a title match.
Fatal 4-Way Tag Team Match For The WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championship Cryme Tyme (Shad and JTG) (c) v MVP and Mark Henry v The Hart Dynasty (Tyson Kidd and David Hart-Smith) v The Dudebusters (Caylen Croft and Trent Baretta)
As a result of Edge's return and interference, Cryme Tyme stole (but won legitimately) the tag titles. Simply put, a team from each brand would be entered in the match to fight for the titles. MVP/Henry beat Orton/Rhodes on Raw to qualify (after interference from DiBiase Jr), Hart Dynasty beat Wang Yang/Master J on SmackDown, and The Dudebusters beat Goldust and The Hurricane on ECW (a team I've dubbed "The Green and Gold Connection).
Triple Threat Extreme Rules Match For The ECW Championship William Regal (c) v Christian v Shelton Benjamin
Regal finally defeats Christian at Elimination Chamber to get the ECW Championship he so desired. His plan for a straight-up defence against his loyal colleague Ezekiel Jackson is scuppered when Tiffany announces an Extreme Rules match between Regal and Christian. However Shelton Benjamin, frustrated at being unable to qualify for Money In The Bank, attacks both men with weapons after a tag match between Regal/Jackson and Christian/Benjamin. Not necessarily a heel turn, more of a tweener action. With that, Benjamin is put into a match with Christian which, if he won, would be put into the WM match. He wins.
Unification Battle Royal For The WWE Undisputed Women's Championship Mickie James v Maryse v Gail Kim v Beth Phoenix v Alicia Fox v Melina* v Michelle McCool v Natalya Neidhart v Eve Torres v Katie Lea
*If Melina is still injured, her replacement will be Jillian Hall.
Dark Match - 25-Man The Miz's Awesome US Open Invitational Battle Royal Participants: Big Show, Santino Marella, Carlito, Primo Colon, Chris Masters, Chavo Guerrero, Kane, The Great Khali, Matt Hardy, Finlay, Slam Master J, Charlie Haas, Mike Knox, Luke Gallows, Jimmy Wang Yang, Kung Fu Naki, Eric Escobar, Vladimir Kozlov, Ezekiel Jackson, Vance Archer, Paul Burchill, The Hurricane, Tyler Reks, Goldust and Hornswoggle.

-Sheamus (c) vs Kofi Kingston - WWE Championship Kofi Kingston wins a contendership battle royal after the Royal Rumble, and is out of the Elimination Chamber to collect on his match at Wrestlemania. A big match with new guys. Kofi wins. Sheamus keeps the title up until Wrestlemania.
-CM Punk (c) vs Jeff Hardy - World Heavyweight Championship Jeff Hardy is the 2010 Royal Rumble winner, as a surprise entrant. Build goes a few months. Hardy goes over. Punk wins the title by dubious means and is placed into the Royal Rumble World Title match.
-Jeri-Show (c) vs Edge & Christian - Unified Tag Team Championship Edge & Christian go over. Edge returns in Toronto, saying how he may have to retire. Jeri-Show come out, insult him, lay a beat down. Christian comes out, hitting both guys with a chair. Edge and Christian meet up, embrace, and Edge says, no, no matter what pain I'm in, I have to get back at you Jericho. Blah blah blah, more details if I had more space.
-John Cena vs The Undertaker John Cena's shot at taking Undertaker's streak. Taker goes over.
-Shawn Michaels vs Triple H Shawn Michaels turns heel in Elimination Chamber, trying to get WWE Title. They confront each other on Raw, and all hell breaks loose. Shawn Michaels goes over.
-Money in the Bank: Evan Bourne, John Morrison, Dolph Ziggler, Booker T, Jack Swagger, Cody Rhodes, Shelton Benjiman, Yoshi Tatsu John Morrison goes over.
-Michelle McCool (c) vs Mickie James - WWE Women's Championship Culmination of the current angle. Mickie James goes over.
-Batista vs Rey Mysterio Mask vs Career. Batista wins, Rey loses his mask, goes for much needed surgery. Comes back with mask, but takes it off before the start of every mask, or even better, gives it to one of the fans ala Bret Hart's glasses.
-Randy Orton vs Ted Dibiase Grudge match, protege vs pupil. Dibiase goes over
-Drew McIntyre (c) vs Matt Hardy vs R-Truth Hardy and Truth win 4 man tournament, and draw in the finals. McIntyre retains.
-The Miz (c) vs MVP vs Mark Henry - US Championship Guest host gets pissed at Miz, says he must defend US belt against friends MVP and Mark Henry. Miz retains, MVP turns heel.
-William Regal (c) vs Battle Royal Winner - ECW Championship William Regal sneaks into the Homecoming battle royal, wins, beats Christian at the Royal Rumble. Faces Bryan Danielson. Regal retains
-Battle Royal ECW Title shot against Champion William Regal: -Bryan Danielson, Carlito, Chavo Guerrero, Chris Masters, Heath Slater, Hornswoggle, Paul Burchill, Primo, Santino Marella, Charlie Haas, The Hart Dynasty, Eric Escobar, Finlay, Jimmy Wang Yang, Cryme Tyme, Kane, Kaval, Kung Fu Naki, Luke Gallows, Mike Knox, Slam Master J, The Great Khali, The Dudebusters (Croft, Barretta and Hawkins), Gabriel, Ezekial Jackson, Goldust, The Hurricane, Tyler Reks, Vance Archer, Vladamir Kozlov & Zack Ryder. Kane would win. Or maybe not. Maybe an up and coming babyface. Maybe Bryan Danielson, like, to give the rub to someone. Danielson also last eliminates Vance Archer, who dominates a lot of the match.
Also, for the battle royal, a few deserving guys get called up, in my world. Heath Slater and Bryan Danielson to Raw, Kaval to Smackdown, Curt Hawkins joins his fellow Dudebusters on ECW, and Tyler Reks and Gabriel get another shot (Gabriel NOT with the retarded dancing gimmick).
This should all fit on a 4 hour show. Well, I guess if you take away all the bulls*** they put in between on Wrestlemania, like the stupid concert, dumb vingettes, etc.

1.Cena (champ) vs Batista for WWE title in a Last Man Standing match. (Batista wins RR to get this shot). 2.Edge vs Jericho (champ) for WHC. Jericho beats Taker in the Elimination Chamber at No Way Out. Edge makes a surprise return and spears Jericho. I also like Jerishow vs Edge and Christian as an alternate 3.DX vs Brothers of Destruction. HHH starts lobbying for match against Taker as well to avenge his loss. Kane is added when he destroys Hornswoggle. 4. CM Punk vs Jeff Hardy. Hardy makes a surprise return in the rumble. Punk takes off through the bottom ropes, Hardy chases, they brawl in the arena but since neither of them lost the rumble they make this match to determine a #1 contender. 5. Orton, Dibiase and Rhodes vs Bret Hart, Smith and Kidd ( I really don't want to see a match with Vince) If Bret is unable to wrestle, then I'd like to see DX with Vince in their corner vs Hart Dynasty with Bret in theirs. Legacy could have a triple threat in this case. 6. Mickie James vs Michelle McCool (champ) vs Beth 7. MITB - Kofi, Morrison, Miz, Shaemus, Mysterio, R Truth, Swagger, and Yoshi. Kofi or Morrison wins 8. Christian vs Big Show for ECW title. Opening dark match, Ist annual Smackdown vs Raw match - MVP (US champ) vs Drew Mcintyre (IC champ). Pitting the IC title vs US one could be a yearly thing.

DX vs Undertaker & Kane DX's tag titles vs Undertakane's careers.
Street Fight: Bret Hart vs Vince McMahon Bret Hart is offered 50% of Raw's General Managerhood tomorrow night, which he accepts. Over time, the two GMs start to overrule each other and argue. This match is for 100% control of Raw.
John Cena vs The Rock No major heated rivalry. When Rock guest hosts, Cena says he always regrets never being able to face The Rock. Rock replies by challenging him to a match at Wrestlemania. Simple as that.
WWE Title: Big Show vs Chris Jericho Jericho wins the Royal Rumble, Big Show wins the belt at No Way Out.
World Heavyweight Title: CM Punk vs John Morrison Because that match would be awesome. 'Nuff said.
Sheamus vs Rey Mysterio vs Zach Ryder Obligatory brand supremacy match.
Money In The Bank: Kofi Kingston vs Evan Bourne vs Dolph Ziggler vs Drew McIntyre vs Shelton Benjamin vs Vladimir Kozlov
The Hardys vs Edge & Christian I don't have a storyline for this match, but assuming that Edge & Jeff are back in time, who honestly wouldn't want to see this?
ECW Title: Yoshi Tatsu vs Gregory Helms This is just an excuse to do a split personality story with Helms. Imagine Black Reign but the masked one is the good guy and the guy doing it can wrestle.
Tag Team Turmoil: Legacy vs Hen-V-P vs Hart Dynasty vs Cryme Tyme vs The Dudebusters vs Regal & Jackson
-------------------------------------------------------
This is a triple main event show (The first three matches being the main events.)
I didn't bother with any women's matches because quite frankly there aren't any we haven't seen and there are none I care enough about to see again.
Since this is MY perfect card, Randy Orton is guarding a bee in the basement.
The Hall of Fame would have a year off, seeing as they're running out of people to induct.
