Oh! I was worried by the title it was Hurricane Helms that was arrested! Thanks for posting that mugshot so I can see it was only "Sugar" Shane Helms. When did he grow a beard?

I live in Northern Kentucky and went to the Smackdown show on Tueday. After the show, we went to Applebee's in Northern Kentucky and saw Jericho and Helms along with Matt Hardy, Slam Master J, Mike Knox, Christian. Chris Harris aka Braden Walker and So Cal Val also showed up. (They are dating and live in the area) Finlay, Arn Anderson, and Dean Malenko were at the bar. The young guys had a booth.
They were all eating and enjoying some drinks. We got to go talk to them and get some autographs after they finished eating. For the record, they were all really cool. Hurricane was the one who welcomed me over since I was nervous to interrupt them. They all chatted with me and signed my program. Jericho was super cool. Friendly and funny....signed for all three of us and even drew a caricature of So Cal Val on my notepad.
Here's the thing...the Applebee's is in Boone County which borders Kenton Co. Their hotel was likely right next to the Applebee's, also in Boone Co. Plus it closes at midnight. If they were arrested in Kenton County at 5 am, they must have gone somewhere, possibly a house party.
Chris "Don't call me Braden" Harris lives in Kenton County and was partying with them that night. Possible he invited them over.
Just sayin. What's up with that?

I promise. Val and Braden Walker live in the area and have appeared at local NWF events. I even had Harris sign an old program when he was Braden Walker as "Wildcat Chris Harris."
BTW....an update says they were fighting in a cab. In the mugshot, Helms has a red mark on his forehead that I didn't notice at Applebee's.

Economic situations as they are these days, most municipalities are fining people any which way they can to make up for lost tax revenue. Rest assured, if there's a fineable offense on the books, you can guarantee police will be enforcing it. $50 bucks each, pay the lady at the front, y'all have a nice day now.

So they are addicts because they got wasted once? Do you not pay attention when CM Punk talks?

I got pulled over and given a $54 ticket because the lamp above my license plate was out. He spared me the $200 ticket for the overdue Rejected sticker on my October expection...

Keep in mind, too, that in certain municipalities, officers have citation quotas and people end up being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

While I go there a lot, here's some evidence that 411Mania doesn't do good translations of stories:
1. "As" a gas station? 2. It was $120 bond.
Little mistakes, yeah, but I've had a breakfast of eggs, gravy... and birthday cake.
Hopefully this means that Helms' punishment will be another Paul Burchill feud... and this time, Paul wins.

Not a big deal aside from them looking kinda stupid, but if either one's getting punished, their last name won't end in a vowel.

If Helms attacked several people then he may well be gone. If not and it's just the intoxication in public then I would deem it very harsh for someone to be fired.

I think Helms is going to be released - not so much for hitting the woman, though that's bad enough, but for hitting Jericho.

I wonder if they'll incorporate CM Punk into this? On one hand, it would be pretty tasteless, but on the other hand, it's a ready-made angle that fell right into their lap.
The only problem is that Punk/Jericho would have to turn one of them face, and that's probably a bad idea.
