Lashley hits a spinebuster on Abyss but Abyss gets right back up. Lashley clotheslines Abyss over the top rope. Abyss lands on his feet and drags Lashley out of the ring. Lashley gets kncoked down with a huge right hand. JKO tries to intervene but Abyss tosses him into the ring post. Abyss throws Lashley back in the ring and goes to follow when JKO grabs Abyss' leg. Abyss kicks him off, then enters the ring into a spear from Lashley. 1-2-3!

Val: Here is your winner and STILL WCTNA Legends Champion, Bobby Lashley!

West: The Great Bobby Lashley retains!
Tenay: Yeah, thanks again to JKO!

Abyss goes after Lashley but Lashley throws JKO at Abyss. Black Hole Slam! Lashley makes his escape up the ramp. Suddenly a figure appears behind him.

West: Wait, is that?
Tenay: That's Desmond Wolfe! We haven't seen him for months!

Lashley, senseing a presence, turns only for Wolfe to almost take his head off with a Jawbreaker Lariat. Wolfe takes the Legends title and stares at it before dropping it onto the prone form of Lashley.

Tenay: Desmond Wolfe is back in WCTNA!
West: And he's after the Legends title!

*Daffney is backstage*

Even thinking about it it's so exhilarating. The rush of endorphin and serotonin is quite intoxicating. I don't know why I didn't realise this before. I feel giddy, my mouth goes dry, my palms are all clammy. Maybe this is...you know.

I can't believe it's been this long since I've actually been excited. You see, Taylor? You bring that out in me. And maybe I bring it out in you too. Just a little. Hmm?

Daffney whips Hamada into the ropes but Hamada reverses. Taylor, not looking, accidentally trips Hamada.

West: Did she mean to do that?
Tenay: I...I don't think so.

Hamada looks at Taylor incredulously but Taylor swears it was an accident. Hamada turns right into the Daff Knees. 1-2-3!

Val: Here is your winner, and STILL WCTNA Women's Knockout Champion, Daffney!

Taylor helps Hamada out of the ring, still protetsting her innocence. Daffney meanwhile takes the Knockout tag belt and laughs. Taylor looks back at Daffney and Daffney winks at her.

West: I dunno what's going on here.
Tenay: Bottom line, Taylor accidently cost Hamada the Knockout title.
West: Are you sure it was an accident?
Tenay: I hope so.

*Backstage, Jay Lethal finishes tying his boots and grabs his X Division Championship before noticing the camera.*

Two months ago, I defeated Samoa Joe for this belt. The problem is, I didn't pin him, I didn't make him tap out, there was no knock out or pass out. I was simply in the right place at the right time. We both know it could have been any of the five of us that were out there. Since then, some people have been proud to call me champion. Others think I'm a fluke. I may have retained the title against Alex Shelley but tonight I finally prove myself once and for all against Samoa Joe. A lot has changed between me and Joe. He was the reason I became Jay Lethal, he was almost like a mentor to me and the one thing he taught me above all else was honor. The Samoa Joe of old had honor. He would have simply asked for his rematch and we would have shaken hands, the better man would have won. Instead, he had to go get Taz as back up and attack me from behind.

Samoa Joe doesn't care about the X Division. As far as he's concerned, it's just business. Another jewel in the crown. For me, this is my life. The only reason Samoa Joe gets involved in this division is when he can't cut it in the main event. He did it when he entered this company and he's doing it again now because we both know what this belt can do for someone but we also know the risk it can bring. Take Joe's old partner, Petey Williams. He was the very first X Division Champion of the WCTNA era and a few months later, he became world champion. Look at Christopher Daniels. The longest reigning X Divison Champion to date and tonight, he's got his chance against AJ.

However, then there are those who aren't so lucky. Kiyoshi held this title for over four months and now he's having to team with a Nasty Boy. Scott Steiner used this title to reboost his career and he got driven out of the company. The X Division Championship is a stepping stone to the World Championship but for everyone who makes it, there's another one who sinks. I refuse to let that happen to me. Tonight, I prove to Samoa Joe that all his so called violence isn't nearly as deadly as a Lethal Injection. Like AJ, like Chris, I want to take this title to new heights and then become world champion but for now, The Nation of Violence or whatever is left of it is about to fall victim to genocide from yours truly, Jay Lethal. Dig it.

West: But if anyone can pull it off it's Black Machismo. Dig it!

Joe goes for a half nelson suplex but Jay adjust and lands on his feet. Lethal catches Joe as her turns round and goes for the Lethal Combination but Joe counters into a hip toss. Joe sets Lethal up on the top rope for the Muscle Buster but Lethal counters with punches and kicks. Joe falls hard off the top. Jay climbs up and comes off with the big Elbow Drop. 1-2-3!

West: Told you he could do it.
Tenay: Yeah, sure you did.

Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, tonight you two are set to take on the WCTNA Tag Team Champions High Flight. Many fans have said that you two are similar to Rob Van Dam and Jeff Hardy, but will that be a hinderance in tonight's match?

Oh Christy. Sweet, cute, naive Christy. The short answer to that question: No, it won't. The long answer? No, it won't.

See, Chris and I have been teaming for quite some time, be it here in WCTNA, in Japan, and around the world. We're former WCIWGP Jr. Tag Team Champions, two-time WCTNA Tag Champs, both former X-Division Champs, and an assortment of titles from around the world. We're arguably the most decorated tag team in WCTNA today, both because we're awesome and because Team 3D realized they hit their prime 10 years ago and left WCTNA in order to get to the Country Club Buffet at 6:00 AM sharp.

But Rob Van Dam, Jeff Hardy.... we can admit, we looked up to these guys. Jeff Hardy and his brother were the MCMG before we came onto the scene. And RVD? He was doing things people had yet to even think of. They set the standard for what X-Division and tag teams aspire to be.

But of course, we've surpassed them.

Lets face it sweet cheeks, High Flight may still be able to go, but they can't even hope to compete with Alex and myself. In us, they see themselves when they were younger, when their bodies could do anything and come out relatively unharmed. Now whenever Van Dam does the frog splash, his ribs ache for days. Whenever Jeff doees the Swanton, he has to stay in bed for three days while his back recovers. They aren't the spring chickens they used to be Christy. And they know it to.

Motor City Machine Guns, we can go all night. And ask around the Knockouts Christy, yourself included. They can validate that claim. We're the harder, better, faster, stronger version of High Flight. We've proved it the past couple of weeks. Singles matches? We're better. Tag matches? Let's see.... we beat Kurt Angle and D'Angelo Dinero, while High Flight lost to AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels. Draw your own conclusions from that one. Hell, I'm coming off an injured arm and a month out of action. One month I'm out, and we're still the best tag team this company has.

Tonight, we become three-time WCTNA Tag Team Champions. High Flight can come out here and say what they want. but they know the score. 3-0 in favor of The Guns. And when they look across the ring at us, when they see how much better we are compared to them, they'll know. They'll know that their reign as champions defending against no-name teams like Beer Money has come to an end. Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin... we're Made In Detroit boys.

And by now, I hope you know what that means for your title run.

Chris Sabin beat me, Alex Shelley beat you, we couldn't even beat Styles and Daniels despite all that's happened between them and they hadn't teamed in years. The Guns have been teaming for around four years now.

Look, how many wins did you or me have here before Slammiversary?

One or two, here and there.

What happened at the PPV?

We won the titles.

Bingo and what happened when Beer Money beat us up on Impact and tried to use their rematch?

We retained.

Exactly, we both performed best when our backs are up against the walls. It's why it took us years to win our first world titles and it's why we're gonna retain again tonight.

Alright but what happens if we don't?

Why you gotta take that route man?

I'm just keeping my options open.

Look, the beauty of titles is that when you're done retaining, you can start regaining but we'll worry about that when we need to. As for tonight, let's focus on beating the Guns for once and proving why we deserve to be the WCTNA World Tag Team Champions.

Van Dam comes in but Shelley kicks him low and whips him into the ropes but RVD couners into a spin kick. Sabin goes for a back kick on RVD but RVD catches his foot and hits a spinning wheel kick. Rolling Thunder by Van Dam! Hardy goes up. Swanton! 1-2-3!

West: I could hardly keep up with that match.
tenay: That was a hell of a match but High Flight retain.

So... Angelina... PLEASE tell me... When we ran out there during Kong's and Traci's match... was it because you wanted to take out Kong, and soften her up... or were you going out there to help out Leather 'n Lace?
