A doc came on as I was just finished with another program and I was totally surprised when it revealed that the lady is still around.

Oh yeah it makes me happy that people like Doris Day,Shirley Temple and Lauren Bacall are still with us because it means there are still legends of Old Hollywood.

It surprised the hell out of me that Shirley Temple is still alive, honestly I thought she died a long while ago. That's awesome she's still alive, and she's 82 If I remember right  |

Terry Moore (from the 1940s classic Mighty Joe Young)
Mara Corday (countless 1950s Universal sci-fi epics and one of the first Playboy centerfolds)
Yvette Vickers (several 50s B-flicks and also an early Playboy model)
Elizabeth Taylor, of course (people forget she's been acting since 1942)
Gloria Stuart (the old lady in Titanic, who has been acting since the early 1930s)
even Betty White's been acting since the mid-40s
