At first I wanted them to bring him in as a character to manage the past ECW guys in a stable(Raven, Stevie, Rhino, Team 3D) but after seeing the show last night I changed my mind and think they need to bring him in as a booker and straighten the crap out.
Seriously people thought he was just a one trick pony with ECW but he proved he still had it when he got Smackdown going on the right track. Hell Smackdown is still on somewhat the same track that he put it on which is why I think in my opinion it kicks RAW's ass.
Also when they brought back ECW he booked it as well as he possibly could before they killed it. No one expected him to go heel and back Big Show as ECW Champ.
Also you have to give him credit for him wanting to bring up CM Punk who has been a huge success in WWE. Without Heyman going to bat for Punk I don't think Punk would have gotten much of a chance at all.
I really do think he could get TNA on the right track if they brought him in and gave him the book. It would have to be way better than this train wreck they are headed on.
I don't think they are on a horrible train wreck but it all depends on what they do from here. If Hogan and Bischoff and Russo do the same old crap WCW did back in 1998-2001 then TNA is screwed. I saw so much backstage crap last night that it made me sick.(If Bubba The Love Sponge isn't gone in at least two months I will change the channel every time he comes on.)

I think there would be too many cooks in the kitchen. Heyman, Bischoff, Jarrett, Hogan, Russo and Dixie?

I think there would be too many cooks in the kitchen. Heyman, Bischoff, Jarrett, Hogan, Russo and Dixie? that's why I say they should just let Heyman book it on his own. They already got too many cooks in the kitchen which is why they screwed up big time in multiple spots last night.(Note- I didn't think it was all bad. The Hall, Waltman, and Nash bit was kind of cool for nostalgia but they really need to get their storyline priorities in order before it starts looking like a clusterf***. Someone like Heyman could do that.

It's not going to happen. Hogan has overall control of TNA, and that's why he joined. Bring in Heyman as solo booker, and you lose Hogan.
Not that I think that's necessarily a bad thing, especially on the evidence we've seen so far, but they're not going to back down on him now.

I honestly still don't think Hogan has as much say as they are trying to make it sound like in wrestling sites and press conferences. I still believe they are working the smarks to a degree here. Some of the stuff from last night as in some of the segments just didn't seem right. I think they are going to swerve it another way.

I think there would be too many cooks in the kitchen. Heyman, Bischoff, Jarrett, Hogan, Russo and Dixie? They should tape the meetings. That might be as entertaining as Impact itself.

I think there would be too many cooks in the kitchen. Heyman, Bischoff, Jarrett, Hogan, Russo and Dixie? I read this as "too many cocks in the kitchen". Outside of Dixie, that is pretty apropos in and of itself. Kidding aside, I think it may already be the case, but Monday's show was the first with Hogan at the helm, seemingly, so I guess we'll see if they can work as a cohesive team or if we'll get, well, WCW. I know everyone compares TNA to WCW, but it's hard to ignore it.

No the initial rumor about him omming in was part of the disinformation that TNA put out prior to the 4 Jan Impact. At one point it would have been cool to have him there but unless the latest Hogan/Bischoff experiment goes awry than they don't need Paul

No. I'd rather have Bischoff/Hogan right now.. Monday was fun. Why bring in Heyman after Bischoff/Hogan got you your best ratings of all time?

I'd like to see Paulee in TNA. Hogan is just a face, I think he is only window dressing.

No. You give it more then a week before you blow it up again. If you want to bring the guy in as a character, that would be great. I remember Paul Heyman from his NWA days with the giant 80's cell phone, and he was great.

No, because Heyman would only work if he has total booking and hiring control. He has stated in the past that is the only way he would work for TNA.

I would rather see Paul Heyman go to ROH and help Jim Cornette build p that company and give WWE and TNA competition.

Not that I think that's necessarily a bad thing, especially on the evidence we've seen so far, but they're not going to back down on him now. Losing Hogan after the company had its best night ever largely because of him wouldn't be a bad thing based on the "evidence we've seen so far"? What evidence would that be, exactly? Spike, Panda, Dixie, etc, would not bring in Heyman if it meant losing Hulk or Eric. That would be a foolish move, and they know it. As far as Heyman, I don't think he's necessary. Bischoff and Hogan know what they are doing, and in the case of Hogan if he really has booking power and control over creative development of characters, I would prefer to give him a chance. He has thirty plus years of experience and knows how to work a crowd. Maybe he can bring the best out of guys like AJ and others. Get rid of Russo though. That's a must.

No, because Heyman would only work if he has total booking and hiring control. He has stated in the past that is the only way he would work for TNA. I could see that and don't blame him. TNA has too many people trying to run the show right now and that is clearly evident from the clusterf*** booking they on Monday. With Hogan, Bischoff, Jarrett(which I was wondering how much power he has these days), Carter(obviously the Ted Turner of the situation) and that jackass Russo there is too many people in the way for Heyman to even be effective. Before Hogan's return I would say it was possible, but now I have no idea what they are going to do. I agree Heyman should go to ROH, it's a situation that could work great for him. They have great young talented guys, Heyman could get even more overlooked and young talent, book solid shows that could get the company more attention and best of all he doesn't even have to touch the books.

Do you want Jim Cornette to die of a brain hemorrhage?

Do you want Jim Cornette to die of a brain hemorrhage? If this week's show didn't do it, nothing will.

Only if they'd be willing to ditch Russo, Hogan and Bisch to do so.
