Sorry if this was posted before, but would any of you like to see Shane McMahon to TNA? I think if he came there he would be a huge name to bring in more viewers. I would love him to come there to shoot on his father and show that his family held him back of helping out professional wrestling.

I think it would be awesome, and completely surreal.
But its not gonna happen.

No way in hell it happens. He may not be happy with Vince but, no way he does that. Plus he still owns WWE stock and, I think there would be some law forbidding that from happening.
I could see him working with ROH given his love of ECW and, them not being a threat to Vince but, even that is a huge stretch on my part. Pretty sure he'll be in UFC by the end of the week anyway.

Seriously? It'll NEVER happen? Really, everyone?
Did anyone think he was gonna leave in the first place? I mean, after THAT, isn't it a little silly to say what could NEVER happen?

Didn't he leave in part to seek acquisition of UFC stock and such? I don't think he'd leave WWE, do that, then arbitrarily join TNA. It's not like he'd gain any more control there. If he ever gets back into wrestling, I would imagine it'd be somewhere he could have control, like an indy he bought or founded.

Well, the last ten years has taught us to never say never. We've had pretty much every combination of surreal moments and weird pairings, so I'm sure we'll eventually see a disgruntled McMahon working for their chief rival.

Shane would be one of the lower men on the totem pole behind Hulk and hell maybe even Angle. Mainly because Shane wouldn't give up any major weaknesses because he KNOWS he'll return to WWE in some copacity someday. TNA wouldn't be worth it to him even as just an on air personality because again, TNA would want him to bash WWE.

From what i've heard he's had those family problems, but I don't think he'd go in and shoot on Vince and company. But it's the wrestling world... anything could happen. Anyways, it would be interesting to see him come in, but at the same time it'd be too much. There's way too much going on in TNA at the moment, I wish they had a brand split or something so that they could even things out a little.

I'd rather see Jeri Ryan lying in my bed. And that's about as likely as this.

I think we'll see Lou Thesz in TNA before we see Shane.

Man, i thought this was going to be an actual rumour when i clicked on the thread.
I heard his talks with UFC were dead about a week ago.

Shane needs to make a bundle of money so he can buy out his old man like Vince did.

No chance whatsoever! Is there a chance that he invests or begins working for UFC, Strikeforce, or anyother entertainment feild about 100% in the next six months.
I don't believe he wanted to get out of wrestling, but he has interviewed with UFC (or had talks with) and Dana has spoke highly of him more then a few times in the past couple months. So that would probably be the best idea.
Remember though the McMahon family has also promoted boxing, and maybe Shane will go down that route also.
