I know there are several sites that custom makes and sells replicas of these things. I intend to buy one myself sometime depending on what the customs say.

I'm eyeing the Deluxe Resurrection glove on www.knifegloves.com It looks beautiful. Mark (the owner) will be accepting orders in June; I think.

That's the one i had as a kid. Apparently my folks didn't think there was anything strange about a 5 year old play acting as a child murderer.

For glove replicas I recommend Nightmare Gloves ( www.nightmaregloves.com ). Robert Englund even wore one of their gloves on the cover of his autobiography. They're quality and really can't be beat.

Thanks to Platinum Dunes, you wouldn't be playing as a despicable child murderer anymore....you'd merely be a child MOLESTER. See? So much better! /sarcasm. Goddamn do I ever hate PD with a vicious passion.

I remember I bought it at a mall in San Antonio, which is were we ended up after evacuating for a hurricane. The one thing that always sticks with me? The hotel we were staying at was on the corner of Elm St.

But the nails got bent after a few years in my random "Halloween costume" bag. So I went out and got this one for last Halloween: Much better looking, but damned if I could actually move my fingers with it on.

That's the one i had as a kid. Apparently my folks didn't think there was anything strange about a 5 year old play acting as a child murderer. There was a drugstore near my house as a child (when I was 4 years old or so) that would carry this glove around Halloween time every year. I was so damn frightened of Freddy's picture on the packaging that I could never walk down the aisle that had it without getting scared. It was pretty ridiculous. Then when I finally got over that fear and wanted to buy one, they stopped carrying it
