Big Bully Busick had a short lived tenure in the World Wrestling Federation with Harvey Wippleman as his manager. Sporting a derby hat and a handlebar mustache, he was a replica of an 1890s bully. Living up to his name, he harassed fans and bullied many jobbers. His only feud during his run was with the roughhosing Brooklyn Brawler to see who the real bully was. However, when it came to the main roster, he was the one getting bullied as Sid squashed him within seconds.
So, lets give this man an actual push to the Intercontinental Championship. Since he left in November 1991, he'll have to stay longer in this alternate universe.
I'll come up with mine after I see a few replies.

does it count as a push to the IC title if he wins it from Bret and drops it to Piper?

does it count as a push to the IC title if he wins it from Bret and drops it to Piper? Well, I suppose if he builds momentum prior to that. I was thinking of making his reign as champ noteworthy though.
