You know, nobody talks about Gary Hart really. He was incredible.
I've been on a WCCW kick lately and I'm in love.
Does anyone have any thoughts on Mr. Hart?

From what I can gather, Gary Hart had a great mind for the business. I know I always liked him with Muta in WCW.

Gary Hart was great, one of my top five favorite managers.

His book is awesome and one of the best ever written. If you are a fan of his, you have to buy it.

Gary Hart was great in WCCW and when he was with Muta and Funk. Watching the WWE WCCW DVD and the Heroes of World Class DVD gave me a new found respect for him. I wish he had a run in the WWE, he would have been the top heel manager after Heenan and Cornette.

For a long time, I pretty much only knew him from being with Funk and Muta in '89. Then, as mentioned, I saw the Triumph and Tragedy and Heroes of World Class DVDs. From there, I picked up The Art of Managing, which featured Hart and Sir Oliver Humperdink discussing how to be a good manager. With each new thing, I gained respect and admiration for the man and was hoping to meet him (and expected to, as he was something of a regular at the Charlotte Fanfests) when he suddenly passed away as the result of a heart attack.
I picked up his book at this year's Fanfest and I'll second what was said: if you are at all a fan of the man, pick it up. It's a great book, one of those that was hard to put down. I also picked up his entry in the Guest Booker series that weekend, and enjoyed it as well.
And I somehow almost forgot to mention that when I was getting ready to work my first show as a manager, I took the "Playboy" name in a tribute to Gary Hart.
