Any new Simpsons episode. Also, some of South Park's new episodes.

I still say the Simpsons is a good show, but boy I hatedthat episode in which Bart and his family are accused of being anti-American. It COULD have been a fun episode with a good morale, but the writers apparently lost track of the point they wanted to make about fifty seconds in. I agree that the Simpsons are still good, but I agree about that episode, except for one or two of the jokes.

The Bones episode where Zack is revealed as the serial killers apprentice as it was a twist even Russo would have rejected, although thankfully a later episode explained it better.
Most of the (new) Dr Who finales, full of stupid moments and deus ex machina.
Any episode of only fools and horses after they became millionaires.

The Nikki and Paolo episode of Lost. The whole thing goes nowhere, and they could have just as easily used this episode to solve an open mystery like why the snork Walt was so special.
I agree about Turk stealing money from JD and then being the good guy. Turk is choosing to have a family. This does not entitle him to more money. If he cannot afford to raise a child, he shouldn't have one.

Safe to say, that's an unpopular episode in a lot of Simpsons' fans minds (as also in mine). Which is weird, because it's always been one of my favorites. I always thought there were enough good jokes in it ("Up yours, children!") that kept it funny in the face of undoing one of it's characters. Now, a Simpsons I'll always hate is That 90's Show. I always disliked how the show will sometimes shift the timeframe to keep it more modern by showing an unknown part of Homer and Marge's history that makes no sense. Same issue with the episode where they reveal Homer and Marge met a summer camp. I know the writers feel like they need to stretch the reality of the show to get new shows out, but these were particularly badly written and unfunny. I think one of the biggest faults with the new Simpsons (equal with the humour being as subtle as a Triple H sledgehammer shot) is that they've lost the ability to make thier show have that timeless quality which really makes episodes like That 90's Show stick out.

I still say the Simpsons is a good show, but boy I hatedthat episode in which Bart and his family are accused of being anti-American. It COULD have been a fun episode with a good morale, but the writers apparently lost track of the point they wanted to make about fifty seconds in. I love EVERY episode of Daria... except the musical one. Yes, even f'n DARIA had a musical episode and no, you can't be blamed for forgetting it. Look, people who work for TV, even if you're being sarcastic or trying to parody htem, musical episodesare never ever ever EVER funny or in any way entertaining, so don't. It's especially jarring considering the awesome soundtrack this show had. The Stargate SG-1 episode in which Jackson resurrects. That's the exact reason why I hate it when writers kill off a character when its actor leaves the show. If the actor wants to come back and his character needs to be brought back, the explanation will ALWAYS be convoluted and nonsensical, and this is no exception. And that's a show about people travelling to various planets thanks to a watery portal broought by Egyptian gods who turned out to be extraterrestrials and the pyramids were their ships. Also, the show was getting weak when it started to focus only on the war against the Goa'Hulds (sp?) and less on exploring, meeting new civilizations and finding intelligent ways to solve problems. Thanksfully they realized that and quickly went back to the original formula. Oh and how could I forget the Terrence & Philip episode of South Park? "Hey! We were going to give you a great reveal, but you know what would be fun? A WHOLE EPISODE about the show within a show whose gimmick is that people love it despite it NOT being funny." And any Mr Hankey episode too. POOOOOOOOOOOOOP isn't that funny?! Heh?! Heh?! And finally, the episode in which Charles Manson becomes a good guy was the straw that broke the camel's back for me as I quit watching altogether. I got the confirmation of what I started to fear for a while: that the show that once was cleverly using it's offensiveness to be funny AND even give some kind of message because Parker and Stone had something to say, had now become offensive just for the sake of being offensive because Parker and Stone are attention whores. I totally disagree with you on musical episodes and South Park. I love musical episodes in general, and the Daria one is no exception. I thought it was hilarious. Also, Parker and Stone did seem to almost get to that point for a little while, but the controversial part seems to have evened itself out with the actual messages the show presents. I think you should give the show another shot. The past few seasons have been awesome.

I'm going to get hate mail for this one.
I may be one of the only people that doesn't like the Futurama episode, "The Sting". Outside of a few funny jokes (mostly the song and Bender's "I'm not allowed to sing...court order!" and the "My boyfriend's alive too. *thump* Hmph, not anymore!" lines), it was just too damn hoaky-heavy. I like a good story/emotional values to be mixed in with humor (see, Jurassic Bark; had a great story, but never backed away from random humor) but this one was just too barfy for my taste.

Star Trek Voyager episode Threshold. That episode is stupid for so many reason. Watch happens is Tom Paris builds a shuttle that can break Warp 10. By doing so, he can go anywhere in the galaxy, including back to Earth, in the blink of an idea. The draw back is he "evolves" into a lizard. How ape man evolves into lizard crocodile is beyond me but that isn't the worst part. As half lizard half man, he kidnaps Janeway and takes off at Warp Ten. He could have gone anywhere in the galaxy but he ends up going the Star Trek equivilant of up the street where he and Janeway have turned completely into lizards and reproduced. Then, like waving a magic wand, the doctor reverses evolution, turning them back to normal. So they have a way to go back home, and the drawback to using this method can be cured by the doctor easily, whom in a Warp 10 voyage back to Earth would be the only person not to evolve because he is a computer program, but they don't use it. I cannot agree with you more. This is by far the worse episode in Star Trek's entire history. I hated the backwards episode of Seinfeld. The finale of it as well. I hate hate hate highlight shows. I can't stand them and they're nothing but filler and ads for people to watch the series in syndication.

Hopefully with Moffat at the helm this'll stop. He's already given me cause for hope by having a Dalek episode without them being quickly subdued and being destroyed 'once and for all'.

The Scrubs episode "My Tormented Mentor." I honestly don't get the morals:
1) All men, when it comes right down to it, are sexist pigs. 2) Men are way too selfish to understand what women really want. (Hint: It's not the "big, strong man" stereotype.) 3) Chauvinism is fine, but only when it's a woman. The second a man does it, he's a horrible human being. 4) It's okay for a woman to grieve. When a man does it ala Dr. Cox, he's considered to be a self-centered ass. 5) Sometimes, women need the "big, strong man" in order to make everything right. (JD actually says something to this effect at the end of the episode.)
I'm not saying that sexism is a good thing. It's just the "you either agree with us or you're The Todd" message bothers the hell out of me. Dr. Miller isn't a "feminist," she's just a righteous bitch that uses her gender in order to get ahead. And doesn't points #2 and #5 totally contradict each other?

"Fat Butt and Pancake Head" from the seventh season of South Park.
It is without question the worst episode of South Park that I've ever seen, and that includes "Pip" and "A Million Little Fibers". I've only seen the episode once, the night it aired, and it was so unbelievably awful and unfunny that I've never again given it a second chance. I just don't get what people see in it, because every time South Park has one of those "Best of..." countdowns, this episode is always in the top ten and sometimes in the top five. Are people watching what I watched?
"Koi Pond" from the sixth season of The Office.
The entire sixth season of The Office was an utter disappointment, and I think that really started to click with me when "Koi Pond" aired. I didn't laugh once, and at the end I found myself asking, "What was the point of that?"Michael falls into a koi pond, gets made fun of when he returns to the office, holds a meeting about sensitivity, makes fun of himself too much...the whole episode just goes absolutely nowhere. The show just idles for 30 minutes and then ends.
"Husky Bobby" from the second season of King of the Hill.
It's difficult to find an episode of King of the Hill that I can say "I hated that episode." I don't think I hate the "Husky Bobby" episode, but it's definitely the least rewatchable episode of the show for me. There's really no humor in the episode, and like "Koi Pond", this is just 30 minutes that kind of floats by and does nothing for me.
"Extra Large Medium" from the eighth season of Family Guy.
Okay, so the premise alone of Chris dating a girl with Down Syndrome was enough to make me cringe, and then they turn her into a bitch in an ill-fated attempt to show that people with Down Syndrome can be mean just like the rest of us. Meanwhile, Brian pisses and moans because Lois and Peter believe in psychics. This whole episode did nothing for me. Come to think of it, the entire eighth season of Family Guy did nothing for me, it's just that this one sticks out in my mind as the worst.

Most of the episodes of Gilmore Girls where they tried to make Dean look like an ass and Jess look like some anti hero/ white knight. It seemed like the writers were trying too hard to make it look like Rory wasn't falling for a bad boy.

The Simpsons episode where Bart burns all the presents. Ugh... agreed. I can't stand that episode. I mean, if Alex Trebek can't save your ass, then nothing can. That one, and the one where Bart steals the video game are probably the two Simpsons episode I dislike the most.
