I just now clicked the Youtube vid link in the first post and realized that it's the theme song from the most awesome film in the history of mankind - "A Friend is a Treasure" (or "Banana Boys on Hula Hula Island", my direct translation of the film's Finnish title... props to the guy who came up with that title in the first place) starring Bud Spencer and Terence Hill! ;D
And yes, that song has been playing in my head since around 1993 when I saw the film for the first time.
