Give him a suit and cane, film vignettes of him in a mansion ordering slaves around, etc.

He certainly is well-spoken enough, and could certainly pull it off. Frankly, I just want WWE to run with his boxer character, because that's what made me notice him.

Well.. maybe not that part. But there's something about the face he pulls when cutting promos and his promos in general that makes me think he'd be great doing an upper class character. Sort of like Regal in goodwill ambassador mode.
