Ok so WWE often has problems come up with a character for new wrestlers.
I came up with one.
He would be called Kameleon, and in his first match he will only use punches and kicks and lose pretty quickly to lets say, a DDT. Everyone will make fun of him and go, is that the only moves you know? And he will just stay silent. Then in his next match, he comes out and start hitting DDTS all match long and finally gets beaten by another move.
Like this, he collects a bunch of moves and eventually when wrestlers hit him with finishers, like lets say Christian hits him with the kilswitch, he will start using it too and other wrestlers will be pissed off and eventually afraid to use moves against him because he will steal them.
He becomes a guy who practically knows every move in the company and then he gets taught a lesson that its not the moves you know, but it is how to use them and thats his first loss once he gets on a winning streak.
What do u guys think?

intresting to me, but i ain't sure if this isn't a "your mileage may vary" situation.

It's interesting but the gimmick could get old really quickly. Plus, it would take something like four weeks to really build up to. Someone had an idea around here for someone to basically collect finishers and that seemed a bit more feasible. There's also an easy enough counter: since the wrestler only learns new moves, his opponent could just beat him with a ddt or some other move over and over again.

Its like Stevie Richards or Charlie Haas just with movesets instead of gimmicks.

Here's a better idea...have a guy whose gimmick is...he's an IWC smark!
It's guaranteed to work and will in no way be a giant failure!

This idea actually gets suggested a lot. Yeah, someone else had this idea a couple of months ago. I can't see it working to be honest.

I could see it working for a place like CHIKARA but... not so much for one of main stream wrestling companies.

If they did it right maybe they could pull it off but it would take good work from the commentators and looking at their commentators(besides Striker) I don't see it working.

I think there should be a Megaman type wrestler who beats someone each week with a certain superstars finisher(it's super effective too, he gives Orton like three thunders in paradise in a row, he can only use finishers), but the first week he has to win by running around the ring and jumping a lot, and can only punch his opponent in the head.
Also when he beats someone they explode and go "boo-woo-woo" in a big circle of energy spheres.

How about they put all the black guys together and form a new Nation of Domination?

If this would mean more in depth Striker commentary, my head would explode. With the way things are now, I long for Schiavone.
