I don't know enough "marks" for me to ruin the show for.
I did work with one guy who would ask me about storylines and backstage stuff. He knew that wrestling was staged, he was just too lazy to search out the information himself.
He was the one who thought that Eddie Guerrero died because of injuries he got from Mr. Kennedy (in his last televised match).

I totally ruin it if I get the chance. Hahahahaha I love how people instantly hate you for this. I myself don't talk to people in public. I just walk around mumbling "stupid flanders" and people leave me alone.

I never had the joy of being a mark. I've known it was predetermined since I can remember. I do like to go into kayfabe mode when I can, if I can find somebody to do it with.
I would never ruin the experience for somebody, no. At a house show I went to, the girl sitting in front of me was maybe 15 or 16. I went to the show alone and I look like I'm her age (I'm not dammit! I'm a fully grown adult!), so she kind of latched on to me and decided that I was her buddy. It was a bit difficult to go from cheering for Jericho to trying to keep up with kayfabe with the girl, but I managed.
On the other hand, the woman sitting next to me was more in the know but still a bit markish, and when she wondered why Maria hadn't been around lately I let her know that she'd been released.
So, I keep a balance and try to do what I think is right for the particular person I'm talking to.
I also had a lot of fun with the little boys around me when they asked who my favorite wrestler was, and I said Goldust (my top three favorites are heels, so I went with the next best thing =P Plus, he was in the ring at the time). They started asking me a bunch of stuff about Goldust and I told them that he's Cody's brother, and they got all excited and started making up plotlines about how Goldust was going to come in and shame Cody for being a bad guy. It was adorable! I love talking wrestling with little kids.

The funny thing is that when Eddie died my friend and I came up with a conspiracy thoery that the WWE was protecting Kennedy. Eddie took a brutal chair shot in that match and although we were half joking we were interested to see what they would find during the autopsy.

Honestly when the news first came out, there was a discussion on this board on whether the chair shot could have knocked his brain one bit too much

I do everything that I can to not ruin it for marks that still believe. Mainly because I wish I could still see wrestling for what it is. This is an attitude I can' understand. When I see an awesome match I mark out. When I hear a kick ass promo I mark out. The marking out is the same as it was when I was a total mark fan. The only thing that's changed in my fandom of the product is now instead of believing that the really fat guy putting on a chin lock was using his weight to ware down his opponent before doing his devistating fat leg drop. Now I see it was a fat dude needing to take a breather before he jumps on somebody. So I guess Uncle Elmer was ruined for me, but I wouldn't call that a serious loss. Maybe I should clarify what I meant there. An awesome match is an awesome match, and I still get sucked in to the action. A tremendous promo still pulls my emotion the way that it should. I suppose what I mean is that I wish that the outcome (winner) of the match still mattered to me, not necessarily how they got there. As an example, I wish I could still believe that Hogan might not make it out of the cage against Bundy. It's that mentality that I miss. Or that after watching a heel preform some dastardly action my mind set was still that of "I can't wait till *insert baby-face* finally gets his hands on him!"

I'm like that too. It's kind of like "ok this is going to happen and when it does then this is going to happen" Often times it's predictable. There are those random sweres that keep it somewhat entertaining.
