Well this just sucks why WWE why? Mickie, Katie and Shelton had so much more left to offer the WWE as well.

Came late, does anyone know why they were released? I don't know if someone already referenced this in the thread and I can't find where it might be. Apart from poor performances as of late anyway.

I think Shelton could do really well in Japan. His main flaws of mic skills wouldn't be as big a deal there, and he could just show off his great athleticism. A-Train has a pretty good career over there. He has greatly improved from the last time he was in WWE. They focused more on his talent and built him into a dominating monster. Imagine what they could do with Shelton.

"WWE has come to terms on the release of Daniel Bryan." That one would be worth seeing the reaction to, and I'm a fan of the guy. Then next week, Miz comes out with Cable Jones, and everyone acts like he's been there since Day 1. Even better. Miz comes out with Daniel Bryan. Voiceover Announcer: "The part of Daniel Bryan will now be played by Cable Jones."

In all honesty, if Tyler Reks isn't released, there's no justice in this world. I thought it was looked down upon to hope people got fired.

Mickie James being released is a shock. Not that the womens/divas division really matters these days...but wow...they fire the most popular female on the roster?
Makes a lot of sense. Anyways...we should wish them well in getting people to give a damn about Michelle McCool or in teaching Maryse how to wrestle ;D
I guess WWE's loss is TNA's gain as she and the rest will end up there before summer's over I'd be willing to wager.

Jesse was a talented guy that never really had a character that clicked. Even with Festus he was 'the other guy'. It woulda been neat to see him do something noteworthy.

I am late in the game, but Mickie, Katie Lee, and Shelton are a big shock. I had no clue Funaki, SMJ, and JWY were still employed until then, but it sucks to be released. They all have talent.

Without trying to start a flame war, TNA would be very wise to nab katie lee and mickie, i could see them as grat additions to there already awesome knockout roster.
I'd also pick up shelton for sur, massive talent
I have no doubt they will pick up hardy for a hardy boys reunion
Used right i can see them using the young gordy or wang as soild x division guys
-I know the snarky remark is "They will be used stupidly" Only time will tell, but I have hope.

Wow.
I can't believe Mickie. Here's hoping she goes to TNA and revitalizes the Knockouts division.
Shelton could do well in TNA too. He is still super talented. His personality just never clicked in WWE.
Funaki....finally.
Wang....talented and super nice guy. His gimmick was kind of a joke though.
Slam Master J....also talented and nice but his gimmick kept him from getting over.

Mickie James I was kinda surpised but I think maybe teh music career she wanted to do could have something to do with it. I'm surpised now was the time because wasn't she a champion? If she wants to Wrestle I see her getting no problem being booked.
Shelton was another one. Now who is going to do the crazy spots in MITB? He should do well where ever he goes. Japan, ROH, or TNA he be useful. Funaki and Wang could get some work.
