- Grizzly Redwood & the Bravado Brothers (Lance & Harlem Bravado) beat Mr. Ernesto Osiris, ?? Sabre & ?? McKnight
Main show:
- NWA National Heavyweight Champion Phil Shatter beat Zach Salvation with the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (Spinbuster)
- Davey Richards beat Kenny King (w/Rhett Titus) to claim the #5 spot in the Pick 6 when King tapped out to the Texas Cloverleaf. Post match, Dave Prazak interviewed Richards, who said in order for him to become the "best in the world" he needs one thing, and the hunt is on for Tyler Black and the ROH World Championship. Suddenly the lights go out, "Beautiful People" by Marilyn Manson starts playing, and "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels makes his return to Ring of Honor. Daniels confronted Richards, telling him that for 17 years he's made "The Fallen Angel” synonymous with “best in the world”, and if he wants to be known as the best in the world he has to go through him.
- Video package for the greatest man that ever lived, "A Double" Austin Aries (they've fixed the audio problem from Final Battle)
- Necro Butcher beat Erick Stevens (w/Prince Nana & Mr. Ernesto Osiris) in a “Butcher’s Rules” match. Butcher pinned Stevens with an O’Connor roll after he accidently hit Nana with the Choo-Choo. Post match Stevens and Osiris continued to attack Necro, but ran off when he got his hands on chair.
- Video package for Roderick Strong
- Cassandro el Exotico beat Rhett Titus (replacing Magno) after reversing out of the full nelson into a pin. During the match, Cassandro hurt his leg doing a dive and had to be helped to the back.
***PWInsider is reporting Solar, who was scheduled to compete in the lucha tag match, was unable to make it to the show, so Magno was pulled from the match to be the fourth man for the tag match. PWInsider and Wrestling Observer are confirming Cassandro suffered a broken tibia and is at the hospital***
- El Generico & Colt Cabana beat Kevin Steen & Steve Corino by disqualification in a tag team grudge match. Generico was taken out towards the end of the match after a powerbomb onto the ring apron. Steen was disqualified after attacking Cabana with a chair. Post match Steen and Corino continued to attack Cabana, bloodying him. Generico got back into the ring and threw Corino out, but still couldn’t bring himself to attack Steen. When Steen wiped the blood off Cabana’s face and slapped Generico with it, Generico finally attacked him. However, just then the ROH students ran out to break up the fight. While the students held Generico back, Steen bailed to the floor and tried to leave with Corino, but Generico fought free and dove off the top rope onto them. He then continued to attack Steen, and tried to give him a brainbustah, but Corino grabbed his leg and pulled him down and the two ran off to the back. Generico then snapped and started attacking the ROH students, laying most of the out and giving Grizzly Redwood a top rope brainbustah!!!!!!!! Cabana then challenged Steen and Corino to face him and Generico in a Chicago Street Fight on April 24 in Chicago Ridge.
- Intermission, with special interview with Jim Cornette, "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton and NWA referee Tommy Young. Cornette announces Young will be the outside guest inforcer for ROH World Championship match. Cornette also confirms Christopher Daniels will be competing for ROH on May 7 in Manassas, Virgina and May 8 in New York City.
- Kings of Wrestling (Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli w/Shane Hagadorn) beat the Briscoe Brothers (Jay & Mark Briscoe) to win the ROH World Tag Team Championship. Towards the end Hero distracted the referee while Hagadorn pulled Mark off the top rope when the Briscoes tried to give Claudio a Doomsday Device. While Mark started beating up Hagadorn, Hero knocked out Jay with the loaded elbow pad and put Claudio over him for the win.
- Video package for the ROH World Champion Tyler Black
- Tyler Black beat Austin Aries and Roderick Strong in a three way elimination match to retain the ROH World Championship. Black came out with a new ROH World Championship belt. Before the match Aries cut a promo saying he was going to wait on the outside while Black and Strong worked out their lovers quarrel. Strong was eliminated by Aries after a kick to the head/brainbuster combo. Kenny King out to distract Black, but it backfired and Aries and King accidently butted heads. Black pinned Aries with God's Last Gift to win the match. Post match King jumped Black and Aries & Black beat him down until Strong came back out and helps fight them off. Black offered to shake Strong's hand, but Strong walked off.
***PWInsider is reporting that Super Parka didn't arrive to the arena until the ring introductions started for the ROH World Championship match, causing the lucha tag match to be last***
- Blue Demon Jr & Magno beat Super Parka & Misterioso when Magno pinned Misterios after a springboard twisting body press. During the match Misterioso was unmasked by Magno.
