off topic Were I can find groups of videogames from 1992? I don't know how to use well google group The best way to do that would to be to use the advanced search function, put some terms into the search field and then set a date range.

(I think) My $0.02: Way back in the early 80s, (83?), Satoru Sayama (aka Tiger Mask) got a little pissed off at the promotion in Japan and wrote a tell-all book about the Japanese wrestling biz. The book was called oddly enough "Kay Fabe." I have no idea what this means in English, but nowadays it simply refers to insider info. groups.google.com/group/rec.sport.pro-wrestling/browse_thread/thread/9e86d9f4f25eb676?hl=enHa! Thats awesome I guess we have to thank Paul Heyman, Eric Bischoff and Vince Russo for educating us.

6/27/91 tidbit "Probably at SummerSlam, and certainly after the event, Virgil will start wearing a dress and make-up and calling himself Virgilina. I didn't make this one up. Honest." Oh my! ... that really happened. Not at SummerSlam itself, but afterward... yep.

- Meltzer reports that Kwang, who had a terrible promo-clip air on the WWF syndies is Tazmaniac. He resembles Taz from what we could see.
Da Meltz is never wrong :-P

Wow. I've wasted an hour already, and plan on wasting several more. Awesome stuff. EDIT: According to this page, it says that Nick Patrick is the son of Jody Hamilton who, if memory serves me, was the Assassin. That's an interesting tidbit, for sure, but go down the list a way and it says that Rocky Johnson had a son named Ricky Johnson; I know this isn't The Rock, so does that mean that The Rock has/had a wrestling brother? EDIT2: And further down it says that Paul E. Dangerously (aka Paul Heyman) is the son of some dude named Paul Nabors. If this is correct, I had no idea Paul E. was "second generation."

Reading that website is so weird. I mean, here I was, growing up in this era thinking it was real, and all the while we still had an "IWC" who saw behind the curtain and discussed things I never knew existed.

Oh my! ... that really happened. Not at SummerSlam itself, but afterward... yep. That happened on primetime around when when this was posted (6-91) without looking up the date, but virgilina was "virgil's older sister", and she was supposed to be a foil for sherri, and bobby was hollering that "that's virgil!" so they show a promo video of the split screen with virgilina and virgil talking to each other

Apparently, there were rumors that Tugboat was gonna be called "Bronto" a caveman gimmick. Imagine if that actually happened. LOL

Did anyone see the match on last night's WWF show on USA between Al Perez and Mark Young? Well sold, good moves, all in all A+ for WWF
Which equals B- in the NWA =)

When Lithuania declares that it will not attempt to break away from the Soviet Union, your first reaction is:
"Oh god! What will this mean to the Volkov - Zhukov feud?!"

"can you believe those guys didn't think michael tarver would be a hall of famer? what a bunch of idiots those guys were." hahaha sad but true.
