So, ok, I know the Tag Team division is floundering, with only a small handful of "real" teams. So, obviously, the rest of the contenders are going to have to be made up of singles guys who have nothing better to do.
That got me to thinking: Christian got drafted to SmackDown!, the same brand as his one-time tag team rival, Matt Hardy.
So what if Matt and Christian encounter each other in the back, after both having lost title matches (Matt loses to McIntyre, while Christian falls to another former rival, Jack Swagger) and get to talking about their tough luck, and how it might be better for their careers if they were to return to "bring a little life back" to the tag team division.
Neither one of them has really been able to break through to the next level - whether you blame booking or work or both - and this would give them both something to do. Plus, there's no shame in being a tag team specialist, they're both popular and talented enough to get people to take notice, and I for one would really enjoy a Matt/Christian-Hart Dynasty program, even if both teams are faces.
Add the Dudebusters and the rumored return of the Colon brothers, and that makes for some pretty fun matches overall. Sure, it doesn't "fix" the tag team problem, but it'll take more than my idea, that's for sure.
What do you think? Should Christian and Matt Hardy team up?

That's a very good idea. Although I don't think the Dudebusters would be a very helpful thing to the tag team division.

Eh I guess. I mean I doubt they'll really ever push Christian anyway as a main-eventer. Plus Christian is generally skinny so he might be able to help out Matt Hardy.

Matt and Christian would be a good team I think. Not quite as good as an E&C reunion, but I'd be happy with it.
However, I'd rather see Christian get a world title feud now.

Christian should be chasing the strap. Period.
Hardy has unfinished business with McIntyre, and once that's done, he can put over Ziggler.

I would have much rather seen the big Edge and Christian reunion but it doesn't look like they want that to happen.
I really don't think they have to put random guys together like Morrison and R Truth to make tag teams.
They have two next generation tag teams in The Usos(Rikishi's sons) and The Rotundos(Mike Rotundo's sons) who are all really good in the ring despite they are all still only in their early 20s.

And what would that team be called? Oh Brother Where Art Thou? And this would be their theme:

And what would that team be called? Oh Brother Where Art Thou? And this would be their theme: LOL, funny. Tag teams these days don't have names! Unless, I mean, you're the Hart Dynasty. Or the DudeBusters. Or you combine your two names into one word, like JeriShow or ShowMiz. But otherwise, NO TAG TEAM NAMES!
