Looking at the Mike Shaw inductions (Friar Ferguson especially) shows just how much the Inductions have changed over the years.

Am I the only one that wished he could have a dance in the middle of a wrestling ring?

Was the "Mean Marine" from the ICFYT video Brian Pillman? They look identical.

I liked that It Came From Youtube video, and not just for the Women's Wrestling In 3-D ad. I mean, I had no idea Erik Estrada played a gun dealer in a movie with a bunch of Playboy Playmates! And, you can't go wrong with "Syngenor." Weirdly, you can't go right with "Syngenor" either.

Didn't Mankind have a guest spot on one episode of Boy Meets World. Never saw that one.

Yeah, if I remember correctly he randomly showed up when the girls and guys were fighting and they needed a referee. Boo to this induction though. If anything, the Mankind cameo was Wrestlecrap and the Vader appearances were great.

Well, in their defense, when you had every induction available at the time, it didn't matter that they were only three paragraphs long, because you simply clicked to the next one, and then the next one, and then the next one.
No reasonable person expects the site to ever be like that again, but it was a paradise of quick, easy laughs for that first year or so that you had the complete archives on the internet.
We love that the site exists, RD, and Dubya-Cee-Rad has long surpassed the inductions as my favorite feature on the site.
SPEAKING of the podcast, I'll expect the Mike Shaw/Kevin McCarthy memorial show next week.

I just read the induction and ... how dare you? Those Vader/Boy Meets World episodes were great! I especially loved how in the one shot of Vader standing next to his son, his son made him look not so big.

Out of pure curiosity, I did a quick search on "Women's Wrestling Championship." The only thing that came up that didn't involve borderline porn, replica belt, or The Dudley Boys (for some reason) was a listing from Amazon UK. Apparently, the tape is 55 minutes long and features Andre the Giant, Dustin Rhodes, and a team referred only as "The Samoans." Unfortunately, it's in PAL only. www.amazon.co.uk/WWC-Womens-Wrestling-Championship-VHS/dp/B00008T49R?tag=amaz98-21
