- Vince's storylines as a whole. - Hornswoggle being the last Cruiserweight Champion - sad. - Steriod scandal. - Edge and Vickie. - Teddy and Kristal's wedding, including her falling over and his ridiculous heart attack. Kristal has not been seen since. - Cena jobs to Federline. - That Pacman Jones guy winning a title without wrestling. - Team 3D takes on the X-Division. - Scott Hall no-showing a TNA PPV. - Khali as champ. - Rey Mysterio makes his big return covered in silver paint. Apparently now with a large gut too. - Festus. Sure its entertaining, but its a stupid gimmick. I think Kristal quit WWE because she didn't feel comfortable with where the Teddy storyline was going, thus killing what would have been the fun Al Wilson Gooker angle of '07.

I'd also like to nominate AJ Styles' current persona of being a crybaby whiner. Right now he's acting like a little kid who's trying to choose between Mommy and Daddy after their divorce.

Isn't it against the rules to vote for an angle that's still going on?

She also was let go because her and lashley kept bitching about them going to raw since they are an RL couple.

Isn't it against the rules to vote for an angle that's still going on? ECW and 'Eddie Exploitation' stuff were still going on when they were the main nominations last year... and I think the 'Eddie Exploitation' induction ends with something like "Where else will they go with this?" because the Benoit/Chavo feud had just started. I'm not sure if you could classify either of them as "an angle", though.

1) Hornswaggle is Vince's bastard son. I don't care if it was a B-plan, I don't care if Hornswaggle is over... 6 weeks of buildup for a comedy ending?
2) Mr. Kennedy. From Mr. Money in the Bank, to Mr. Foot in his Mouth. Injuries, suspensions, careless interviews, blah matches. How to almost flush a career down the crapper in 10 months.
Not really WWE related, but...
3) The editor of a popular wrestling website getting caught in a war of words with a 13 years old kid over a sign and a rant on yahoo answers... Who's the child there?

Gookers of 2007: Vince McMahon 2007, for all the reasons described above. Hornswoggle. Buried the cruiserweight title, made a laughing stock out of Carlito and Jamie Noble, and became one of the worst payoffs to one of the biggest angles of 2007. Maryse: Is there any particular reason why this chick is still on the payroll? She has literally contributed NOTHING to ANYTHING in 2007. Literally the most pointless employee on the payroll right now. Nancy Grace. The "Demotion" skit alone nets her a nomination, IMO. Lockdown 2007, again for the reasons described above. Great Khali, Heavyweight Champion. The guy's the first wrestler in WWE history to be banned from live television because his matches sucked THAT badly, but it's OK to give him a run with the strap? WTF? As deserving of WrestleCrappy immortality as Nancy Grace's cluelessness was during the "demotion skit", and it was ("Here was a guy who went from being one of the elite, The Four Horsemen, to being on RAW..."), I'd rather not see anything Benoit-related winning the Gooker, especially after Eddiesploitation last year. At least that referred directly to in-ring storylines, while the Benoit thing-as someone already said-was a real-life tragedy. Either Vince 2007 or TNA 2007, or any part thereof. Except for the fallout from Vince's Wrestlemania shearing, because that hat was sweet. I agree that being Benoit-related means that the Nancy Grace interviews (There were multiple that she totally got owned on, but the "demotion" skit was by far the worst.) probably won't get inducted, and I can't necessarily say that's a bad thing. But we need to find *some* way to induct her, either now or in the future. I mean no disrespect to the families of the deceased, but come on.......those interviews were HILARIOUS. Benoit issues aside, they were the pure definition of wrestlecrap. I think it could be done. It would be difficult to do it in a way that wouldn't be disrespectful to the victims, but I think it could be done........

Crappers can feel free to punch me for saying this, but anyone who thinks WSX is Wrestlecrap should be tied up, blindfolded and spun around on a roundabout until they're sick. And then forced to eat wasabi....

Assuming WrestleCrap's around in a few years, I'd say enough time will have passed that Nancy Grace's Benoit Coverage can/should be inducted. It's not that we'll ever be able to laugh about the tragedy itself, but enough time will have passed to be able to look at Grace's goofs in isolation and give them the mockery they deserve. Or maybe Blade could just induct her as a Jobber of the Week seeing as how Jericho owned her. All joking aside, and this may seem a little off-topic, but those Nancy Grace interviews have made me quite a bit more skeptical of what I hear from journalists on TV. Every time one of them confidently spouts a bunch of "facts", I just think back to that "Demotion" skit and think "but that doesn't necessarily mean you have the faintest smurfing clue about what you're discussing..."

Rosie vs. Trump was not a good way to start out 2007.
Either that or Santino gets my vote. At least the Rock was entertaining. Santino appearances result in me flipping the channel.

Leave that to either SNL's hillarious nancy grace parody or Faith Yancy, Law and Order's unintentionally funny biting satire of her (From a lawyer's prospective, nancy grace is clear barestry and totally unethical.) yes it was bad but it's a mine field...if anything maybe wrestling gone wrong should take a crack at it for the sheer lack of research done (given that theyve shown incidents of "fake attacks" before ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) )

Here's a few more from me
Cyber Sunday. This is why WWE should leave the booking to the bookers.
AJ Styles becomes retarded. How do yoju push one of your top guys. As a retarded hillbilly that's how.
The Fall of the X Division. Other than Black Machismo what came out of this a big fat nothing.
TNA Destination X 07. Elevation X, Last Rites, Angle vs Steiner. Crossface Chicken Wing match what a horrible show this was.
The Great Khali as World Champion. Oh how i would have loved to have known what the writeers were thinking.
Vengence Night of Champions. Sounded like a good idea but turned bad very quick.
Karen Angle. Just what we need more wives in the wrestling business.
Raw the Night After Wrestlmenia. Horrible show altogether
The Draft. Smackdown gets raped up the ass and everyone that went from Smackdown to Raw did jack shit.
TNA No Surrender Too Much Angle.
James Storm-Eric Young angle. Who doesn't like a good beer every now and then.

2: Abyss' secret/dark past storylines, along with Sting and Mitchell's dinner date.
3: The Teddy Long/Krystal marriage angle that went nowhere.
4: Kurt Angle, TNA X Division Tag Team World Heavyweight Champion.
5: The Feast or Fired/Deal or No Deal match.
6: Donkey Kong Jones joins TNA.
7: Stomper, The TNA Gooker.

All joking aside, and this may seem a little off-topic, but those Nancy Grace interviews have made me quite a bit more skeptical of what I hear from journalists on TV. To jump on this off topic post. It took you this long? Being in the "business" (after all I am The People's DJ) the stories I can tell you. Why do you think she does this? The same thing Vince wants. RATINGS. Nothing more. Nothing less. I've turned away from any news channel and get all the news I want from Al Gore's baby... the internet . Now back on topic. It's to hard to choose just one. Maybe this year we need a multi-winner?

Continuing off-topic...Oh, I assumed your nickname meant that you were the bastard lovechild of The Rock and the oldest kid from Full House! ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) Sorry, had to get that in there. The thing is, it's not like I ever blindly believed everything I saw/read/heard in the media, I wasn't *quite* that naive. I was always as smugly disdainful of CNN as the next Canadian. That being said, I never really saw a blatant example of the basic facts being ignored in the quest for ratings and controversy until I saw the Benoit coverage. It sort of opened my eyes to what I always knew was there, I think largely because it hit me that as a wrestling fan I was part of a relatively small informed minority that knew how wrong a lot of the "facts" that Ms. Grace spouted were. It felt like everyone and his brother could pick apart CNN's Iraq coverage, but not everyone knew enough about wrestling to know how wrong the media was getting it. Rant over, back to the Gooker... Nothing really standing out to me besides the blanket categories of Vince 2007 and TNA 2007. In other words, everything that the man that the #1 wrestling promotion in the world is centred around did, and pretty much everything that the #2 promotion did. Why dont' we just give "2007" the 2007 Gooker and be done with it.
