I liked the guy with the bow and lightning arrows. I did play D&D a LOT when I was in high school. We made up our own character classes, and mine was a JESTER named...Chester. Yes, Chester the Jester. I'd spend every bit of gold I collected buying animals, so we coulld never sneak up on anything. I believe I rode a clydesdale, and I very clearly remember carrying a fish around in a bucket. I'd never allow my party to eat the animals, as they were my personal traveling petting carnival. Suffice to say, hardcore D&D players HATED when I was in the party. 8) RD

And barbarian. Man if I had met him on an adventure, I'd have shoved my +5 sword of asskickery straight up his wazoo.

I enjoyed the D & D catoon in my youth but recently watchiung an old tape I purchased of it made me realize it had some cheesiness in it.
Much agreed the unicorn and the barabarian were annoying as hell. Least he had a cute sister. The other guy I enjoyed in my youth but find annoying is the warrior with then shield. I used to laugh at his negativity. Though the magician screwing up his spells makes the odd humour as well, must be the low dice rolls he always get.
As for playing D &D, me my buddies used to play. unfortunely when of one my friends start to cause trouble in the game. The dungeon master will always refer to the "The Sky Gods Are Mad" to return things to sanity.

I hated Uni..remember the episodes where they would tease about them returning to the real wold and the barbariam would whine about having to leave Uni n stuff,
the barbrian was put there "to have someone from the target demograph" in it
the redheaded chick was the first "fictional character crush" i had..
never played dnd i was more of a sci fi nerd

My favorite character was the guy with the shield...Eric was his name?? He was always really mouthy and negative about everything. I'm pretty hardcore when it comes to gaming...as sorry as I am to admit it...I probably would have slayed Chester the Jester. Sorry RD!

I'd have KILLED to have that character in our party. And I liked the cartoon, too. Wanted to boot the barbarian in the butt most of the time, too. And I liked that Eric was voiced by Ralph Malph. And was the Dungeon Master character a total rip-off of Yoda or what!

I remeber the toys having nothing to do with the cartoon, except for the occasional Braveheart? and Warduke appearances. They made Tiamat as a toy waaay after the fact. But I liked Buddy Lembeck as the voice of the Bow and arrow guy.
