He did bow out gracefully there. It was Wrestlemania IX, in Vegas, where he had problems. They also said his eye injury was caused by a jetski. The story I always believed was that it was a cover up for a fistfight with Savage he had right before the show.

They all had major errors in them. The worst was the Owen Hart one where they never mention him being in Japan & made it seem like he was retired for several years before returning to the WWF. I remember watching them & wondering if all their biographies are this wrong or if they thought the regular A&E audience wouldn't know because they were doing them on pro wrestlers.

There was a great Mick Foley one on the Biography Channel that had all the blood and weapon shots uncensored that usually airs at about 5pm here. It also had lots of old footage as well as clips from 'The Loved One' - interviews withe Mick's family and friends too.
There's also a crappy one that airs periodically.
The Hogan one I saw from when Hogan was in WCW that had interviews with the Nasty Boys and Jimmy Hart was just awful though.

Sometimes they're good, but usually they're very bad. Heck, even WWE modifies history to their liking - that's one of the problems have them having a monopoly, and owning all the footage save for World Class...
